Great Support, Easy-to-Use Software, and Excellent Learning Resources
The software is very user-friendly, and it was easy for me to navigate through the features and start using the platform. During the onboarding call and account setup, I had several very specific questions, and Luis Peraza was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Any time I contacted support through chat or email, the team was quick to respond. They also provide a great amount of self-guided material, including detailed documentation and very helpful videos on their YouTube channel that are easy to follow.
So far, I’m very happy with their service and overall customer service.

In just two sessions, she completely clarified for me how to use their software professionally. I admit that at the beginning I was skeptical and felt some anxiety because I imagined the software would be difficult to use. However, Guadalupe guided me step by step, and in a remarkably short time I was able to register many properties while fully using the maximum capabilities of the Lodgify software.
I am truly impressed by Guadalupe’s professionalism and by the way she managed both my concerns about not being able to master the software and the clear, professional manner in which she explained everything step by step. Thanks to her guidance, I can now use the software to its full potential with confidence.
