The product itself is fine - as long as you don’t expect it to taste like the real deal - this is a diet food after all! My only gripe is the price, this is way too expensive for the average consumer... See more

Quick delivery and a reasonable product. It doesn’t taste of anything and is a similar texture to padded cardboard but is an inoffensive base for other flavours and very low calorie. My only real grip... See more

I have been using Lo Dough for some …

I have been using Lo Dough for some months now, since hearing about it from someone at Slimming World, and enjoy it instead of a traditional bread sandwich for my lunch. I recently recommended it to a colleague at work, who, unbeknown to me until then, also goes to SW but she had not heard about it (she doesn't attend my SW session). I told her to 'pass on the good news about Lo Dough'!
Brilliant alternative and only 1.5 syns too!!
Great - thank you.

Surprisingly good

I wasn’t too sure when I bought these as they look so anaemic and a bit plastic looking but I thought I’d give them a go as I’m on slimming world plan and they are only 2 syns is each.
Very pleasantly surprised. They make really great pizza bases topped with whatever u want.
I made wraps for my husband with them for a car journey. I filled with a scraping of mayo and then lettuce, tomato and shredded roast beef. He said they were delicious.
They are a little expensive but I think they are worth the extra.
I’ll definiately be buying more

Make pizza every week now .

Make pizza every week now I have found Lo-Dough. I’m following SW and it’s been one of the best things I have found, even my husband loves our weekly pizza he said it’s the best pizza he tasted. Definitely recommend.

made A huge difference to my once dull gluten free slimming world life

What an excellent product. As a gluten free slimming world person it has made a huge difference to my life.
So versatile too. As well as the normal sandwiches and wraps I’ve made samosas, a sweet potato and feta pie and a cottage cheese quiche. All of which were so yummy I’m definitely making them again. Gluten free pastry is often not great but Lo dough makes a good substitute.
I would like it to be a bit cheaper as I can only afford it now and again.

Amazing! 😍

It's amazing to find something that is low in slimming world syns but still tasty especially as a pizza base. Always something I'd missed whilst following sw but now I can have lovely pizza using L o-dough!

Great Bread/Great Service

It's a great service - the bread comes quickly and keeps well. It tastes great and is ridiculously low in all the macros so fits so easily into my planned days. I'm already nearly through my second box.

Great as a pizza base

Great as a pizza base. I use it every week. You don't really notice you are eating a different base. Haven't had much success using it in other ways yet though.

I have started to use lo dough for the past 3 months and it's great

I have started to use lo dough for the past 3 month being coeliac I found gluten free pizza very heavy in texture so these are a great alternative and are low in fat and calories. I order from Ireland so the only things is delivery is expensive but the company offered me a 10% discount to help with this , so we'll done lo dough on a great product

once you realise you cannot eat bread …

once you realise you cannot eat bread cos you are on strictly keto, you are very grateful for anything that remotely resembles bread and these fit the bill beautifully. I use mine as a wrap for chicken kebabs and similar, yum! Wouldn't be without them, 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Great alternative!

Currently following a very low cal diet so this bread is a god send! The texture is like bread and we often have pizza and kebabs with Lo dough! We love it, the other positive is how much fibre is in it!!!!! it’s just a shame the price is so high! If the price was lower this would be a regular staple of our household!!
