First time using Luna
First time using Luna and have been impressed with product and customer service. I ordered period swimwear - the bottoms are amazing and having recently started to use period pants I was super excited about bikinis! The tops however were too small and customer service has been great in sorting a replacement.

Order didn't arrive!
Ordered on 03 Sept 26. (Should have done more research as to where they were coming from). They claim they were sent on 04 sept 26. The parcel hasn't moved since. Royal mail hasn't received it either. This is the first time I have ordered from them but I won't be ordering again or recommending this company as I haven't even received my order!!!!

I ordered 8 pairs of Lunã’s period pants. They look much better than other brands and the material feels great on my skin. I also love their fit guarantee on your first order. I was able to order a few styles so I could see how they would fit. One of them was too low for me and it sat on my C-section scar, I contacted Lunã and they were friendly and accommodating. Bad customer service
Ordered a jumpsuit which the delivery was much later than expected. When it did arrive the material was horrendous and so was the fit.
When I made contact with them
The customer service was awful. It took A long time for any response and when I did get a response they offered 20% refund and I could keep the product. That was not satisfactory. In the end I accepted 40% as they would not budge and it would have cost me more to return.
I will will never order from this company again

Long shipping times. Helpful cutsomer service. Don't size up on everything!
I was excited to try Luna's period underwear having previously used a different brand that was quite bulky so I only wore it at home or with a flowy dress.
I am a size 10 and ordered 6 pairs of different styles in size L(10-12) as they suggest you order up of you are between two sizes.
I hadn't realise the shipping would take almost 2 weeks. They advertise free UK shipping so I assumed it was coming from within the UK, however their factory is based in China, hence the wait.
When the products arrived they were all packaged in one bag with a seal. Breaking the seal would mean losing the right to return.
However I did break the seal as I knew they offer a FitGuarantee. It turns out over-sizing was not the right thing for me.
Customer service have been very kind and eager to help. I am able to get replacements for the right size and hopefully they will be just right and offer the protection I need.

You're right that sizing advice can't cover every body, and that's exactly why the FitGuarantee exists. Bodies and preferences differ so much that a bit of trial and error is sometimes part of it, and we'd rather sort that out for you than have you stuck with something that doesn't sit well. Fingers crossed the new sizes feel spot on.
About the delivery: our orders are collected at our international shipping centre and sent out in bulk once the minimum threshold is reached, which keeps things as sustainable and efficient as possible but does add some days to the journey. We're working hard behind the scenes to speed this up.
As for the packaging, we've deliberately chosen not to wrap every single item separately, as that would mean a lot of extra plastic. Underwear that doesn't fit but is still in good condition gets donated where possible, so it still finds a home.

Sizing is all off
Sizing is all off - I am a size 14, so I ordered 2Xl (14-16). They were absolutely massive. I was not able to return them, however since it was my first order they did send me replacements free of charge in the size smaller XL (12-14). They fit a bit better around the hips, but are still massive around the buttocks and are the most uncomfortable period pants I have tried; M&S is better and costs a fraction of the price. I will stick with ModiBodi from now on for my pricier option.

Do not order if you want an actual product for your money
I have never received my order. Over three months ago I paid through the website for two pairs of XL bikini briefs as part of a BOGOF offer. After waiting well over a month a package arrived containing one pair of XS bikini briefs that barely even fitted over my leg. I emailed to say the order was wrong and Luna apologised saying they would rectify this. Fine I thought I have a few more weeks till my holiday that I needed them for. Well that holiday came and went, i emailed several more times and was told they were being sent and could track them. The tracking showed that they were not with the postal company, I complained again and again. Eventually several months later I receive a new parcel from the company. Inside....one pair of Small bikini bottoms. Once again not the correct size or the right number as part of my order. I am frustrated and angry that my money has been taken and my order has never been fulfilled. I would not recommend ordering through this company, I have not been offered a refund even though I asked a few weeks ago and I have been let down again and again

I ordered some leak proof pants weeks…
I ordered some leak proof pants weeks ago they finally came and thats where the problems started. I followed the size guide and when my order came they were massive. At £39.95 for 1 pair of pants that are no good because they are too big. There is a seal on the bag which means you have to break it just to see the pants. Now they are asking for £6.95 to send another pair but thats just for p&p. I haven't even tried them on because the size is ridiculous. Other sites state if you try pants on over another garment they will accept them back. It makes them expensive and useless as I'm unable to wear them.
I received a few emails they are not willing to exchange the pants but I can pay £6.95 for p & p . And I can donate the pants to charity or recycle them. The reason I have to wear them is due to being in hospital for 7 weeks with a bleed on the brain, I don't work as a result of this. So I don't have that much money to throw away.

As set out in our Exchange and Return Policy, we're unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken, since period underwear is a hygiene product. Every company has its own policy on this, and ours is there for hygiene reasons rather than to make things difficult. What we do offer instead is our fit guarantee: the replacement pair itself is free, and we only ask a contribution towards shipping so we can get the right size out to you.
Judging a fit from a size guide alone is never easy, so we'd much rather sort out a size that actually works than leave you with something you can't wear.

Purchased a few items in a sale, I've used other brands before, but I really liked that there were set sizes rather than ranges, which means the fit was really good. Fabric was soft and the seamless range felt barely there.

Luna has a bunch of different period panties that feel great, are comfy, and super absorbent for that time of the month. The material is really soft, and they feel just like regular underwear. I totally recommend Luna period underwear. Their customer service is also awesome at handling orders and sizing.

Very good customer support
Ordering and delivery was quick. I ordered two different designs for my daughter and she found that the briefs were a more comfortable fit for her shape compared to the shorts. However, Luna have been very prompt in returning my emails to get replacements for the shorts that did not fit. So far, so good with regard to absorption. The only downside is that the briefs are a little bulky compared to our usual brand, but they will be great for night time and at home days. They are great value for money.

I ordered 2 pairs. One arrived with a hygiene strip, the other one without. I queried this, since it makes me dubious that the item without the strip has not been used or handled previously. Their response was far from believable and they refuse a refund. Chargeback and trading standards next.

Just to be clear on this point, our underwear doesn't come with hygiene strips at all. What we do use is a sealed pack with a hygiene sticker applied during packing, and that's what determines whether an item can be returned. Everything you receive from us is brand new and has never been worn or handled by another customer. Returned items are never resold, we donate them.
