Getting the size right is what makes the difference between them working properly and not, so it's great to hear the fit guarantee did its job for you.
On the delivery: our parcels are collected at our international shipping centre and sent out in bulk once the minimum threshold is reached, which keeps things as sustainable as possible but does mean it can take a little longer. We're working hard behind the scenes to speed that up.

Total con - avoid at all costs
Total con! Avoid using this company!!
Ordered in May, after 3 failed deliveries and numerous emails to customer services requesting a refund, only to be told this isn’t possible whilst the order is in transit, I received the parcel 13 weeks after ordering. I immediately informed them I wanted to return the items for a full refund.
Be cautious because as soon as you break the seal a refund is refused, I’d read this and so I was careful not too open the package however after delay tactics by the company and what they call “customer services” (although a complete waste of space, and after me repeatedly requesting a refund, you will then revive an email stating the company is in the Netherlands (I had already researched them so knew this) and will be costly to return so they offer 50% back and keep the product.
See exact wording from their email to me after requesting my money back weeks ago:
“I would like to inform you that our return center is located in the Netherlands because we are an internationally operating company. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a UK return address for our customers in the United Kingdom. This means that returning the product is considered an international shipment, which may result in higher return costs.
We understand that this may be inconvenient, and to help you in this situation, we would like to offer you the option to receive 50% of the purchase amount back without returning the product.”
In this day and age I cannot comprehend an online company who messes people about so much, lies and is a complete sham. For them to then make it impossible for people to return items is appalling and I would recommend people shop elsewhere, they’re not up to standards to be trading and because they’re outside the UK your hands are tied.
Honestly everyone - do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They’re diabolical

If you'd rather send the parcel back, that's absolutely your right. Once it arrives at our return centre and we've confirmed the seal is intact and untouched, we'll process a full refund for you.

Confidence amazing customer service
I made a purchase of different styles of Luna period knickers. When I opened the packet I was immediately impressed with the products. The incredible softness and fit true to size Seamless briefs and beautiful lace of the other styles. I ordered 5 styles but sadly 2 didn't fit me so well. I contacted Luna and they have kept their promise of guaranteed fit and have agreed to replace the designs that didn't fit with the ones that I am supper happy with. I have worn period knickers for a few years now, but don't always have the confidence to wear out and about and some brands have been really poor. For the first time in my life I'm looking forward to my next period. Thank you Luna

Great deal!
The items arrived but are too big so I took advantage of their offer to send out replacements in the correct size. They don't ask you to return the original items, just to pay for the postage to send the new ones. This is amazing as you may not be sure of the size you need when trying for the first time. Other than being too big the pants are so soft and comfortable so I won't hesitate to order again and recommend to others.

Ordered with the buy one get one free offer, which meant I had 4 pairs for £55. Immediately regretted my purchase when I saw the shipment was coming from China (purely because I assumed any sort of return was going to be somewhat of a nightmare if necessary. Spoiler: I was right) so started my 2 week wait for my order. Then once it finally arrived, I of course can’t even touch the underwear without breaking the hygiene seal. Nope, I refuse to partake in this game. Now I’ve begun a battle to get a refund. So far I’ve been offered 50% and to keep the underwear because the company is based in the Netherlands and returning it will cost me a lot as I’m UK based. NO WHERE on the website is this mentioned, I pointed this out and have requested that the shipping for the return be covered as well as a full refund. I feel completely scammed at this point and I’m still no closer to a refund. Avoid this company, I should’ve never strayed from Modi Bodi

Sorry to hear the whole thing has felt like such a hassle, that's never what we want. We completely understand why seeing that your order is being shipped from China raised questions, and we'd like to explain why we've chosen to organise our shipping this way.
Our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear available today. Rather than producing there, shipping our stock to warehouses in different countries, storing it again and then sending each order on to the customer, we store our stock directly next to our factory. This allows us to ship orders directly to our customers without an additional warehouse or transport step in between. We've deliberately chosen this fulfilment model to reduce unnecessary transport movements and keep the environmental footprint of our distribution process as low as possible.
All details around our shipping and delivery times are also set out on our website, so you can always check what to expect before placing an order.
About the partial refund: that was only ever meant as an option, not the only route. If you'd rather send the items back for a full refund, that's absolutely fine and you're free to do so. Our customer service team can share the return address with you so you can get it sorted.

Good customer service, shame about the size guide
I measured carefully using the size guide but unfortunately the product I ordered was much too big. Customer service was very helpful and I was able to take advantage of the free replacement as it was my first order.
The items feels good quality and I like the range of colours to choose from. Great to have something other than boring beige or black!
