These underwear arent as advertised...possible scam company
These underwear arent as advertised they do not offer full protection. When you follow the link from the ad you are brought to a page with many different pairs of underwear to choose from. However, ONLY ONE MODEL offers a high gusset at the front and back (the brief). My pants arrived with a higher gusset at the back and the front is very low, and to be honest the material is cheap quality. I have better quality pairs from Wuka and M&S.
When i contacted Luna they offered to replace the pants with new ones with a higher gusset at the front but i needed to pay postage as they wont offer a refund due to their hygiene policy. When i queried the postage they REVOKED THE OFFER OF THE REPLACEMENT PANTS, TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN THE MODELS AND THEN POSTAGE - clearly they are not a genuine company if this is how they interact with customers. I really think this company is not legit. Dont waste your money, time and energy. Wuka, Modibodi and M&S offer superior quality period pants at a fraction of the cost. For examplt 3 pairs at M&S are £20 vs £30 for one pair at Luna and the protection is the same.
EDIT UPDATE. I have replied to every email, this company has not responded for 48 hrs and are EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED AT SPINNING THE NARRATIVE TO SUIT THEIR OWN DELUSION. they 100% revoked the offer of the brief after I queried the p&p. I have requested a manger to step into the email thread, as so far I have had Hazel offer the product I originally thought I was buying and saying i need to pay 6.95 p&p, "We are happy to go ahead and offer you 2 pairs of the Brief as your replacement. Just to clarify, the replacement item itself is completely free and the only cost involved is the shipping fee of £6.95, which simply helps us deliver the package to you. The Brief offers full front to back coverage which is exactly what you are looking for!" I then had the following from Laarnie when I queried p&p "Regarding the replacement, please note that there is a £5 price difference between the item you originally ordered and the item you are now requesting. To go ahead with that replacement, this price difference would need to be covered, along with the shipping cost."
It is clear what is being posted by the company in response to my review is nonsense and they are in fact going back on the original substitute. They also are asking mt tonreply to their last email...which I did on Monday monring, no reply from them since but theyve had time to come on here to do what they do best - GIVE MISLEADING INFORMATION AND SHARE FALSEHOODS.
The advertising that their product offers full protection is a way to lure you in and mislead you. They then offer replacements with £ 6.95 p&p but once you open them to check them you cant return them. This is not an honest company, and most likely a drop shipping site even if they claim theyre all made in their own factory.

We're sorry to hear about the confusion around your order, and we understand how frustrating it is when a product doesn't feel like what you had in mind.
To clear things up: the model you originally chose isn't described as having a full front gusset, so that's not something we've claimed for that particular style. We do have models with more coverage at the front, but those sit in a higher price range, which is why a small price difference would normally apply when switching.
That said, we never withdrew the replacement. What we did was offer you an alternative model within the same price range, so you can move to a style with more front coverage without having to pay any difference at all. The only cost involved would be the shipping under our fit guarantee, since we can't refund a hygiene product once the seal is broken.
Quality really does matter to us, and all our underwear is made in our own factory according to our own standards, so we'd genuinely like to get you into a pair that works the way you need it to. If you reply to our last email, we'll get the alternative model arranged for you right away.

Fantastic quality
Fantastic quality! The pants feel very comfy on and the absorbant band goes all the way up the back, which makes me feel very secure. Unfortunately, as it was my first time buying, I bought a few pairs in the wrong size but using their fit guarentee I was easily able to get replacement pairs in the correct size. Such an easy process, with excellent customer service. It really gave me piece of mind ordering from a company I hadn't used before when I wasn't sure of my sizing. I was really excited by the pairs that undo at the sides as I think it'll make them super easy to change when I am out and about. I will definitely use them again if I need more pairs!

I ordered period underwear from luna.com for my daughter and unfortunately I must have selected the wrong size. I was really disappointed at first, but then I discovered their fit guarantee service. Since underwear obviously can’t be returned, and finding the right fit can become expensive and frustrating, this service made such a difference.

I ordered two pairs - they were too small which I was super upset about but Luna sent me two new pairs for free :) Thank you Luna! Ladies - a little inside note, these are not stretchy because of the pad! I usually wear size S but in these I may be a Medium. If you're in between sizes, size up.

Good experience with Luna
I have so far had a good experience with Luna. I ordered a bunch of period pants / period swimwear and whilst the quality of good, the sizing came up a little differently with each style. I contacted Luna and received great customer service from the team, and they have sent me out sizes that will fit me better. The items are good quality and would recommend.

I’m so mad at myself for not reading the reviews online and falling for all the instagram hype! I really trusted this company. I ordered on the 4th May and still have not received anything and all correspondence has stopped. I have spent £70 and received nothing!!! I have emailed their customer service to ask for a refund to get no reply!! I will be taking it further. Don’t trust what you see on instagram!

Sorry to hear you feel this way, but we’d really like to clear things up. We do not do dropshipping. With dropshipping, orders from platforms like AliExpress are shipped directly from random suppliers to the customer, without any control over quality, materials, or certifications. That’s the opposite of how we work. All of our menstrual underwear is produced in our own factory, fully according to our quality standards and with carefully chosen materials. We also work with certifications like OEKO-TEX, which confirms our fabrics are free from harmful substances.
On sites like AliExpress you can indeed find cheap imitations these days, but with those copies you never really know what materials are used, what the quality is like, or whether they’re certified at all.
The sender name on your package belongs to our shipping partner’s sorting system. That’s simply how international logistics work and it doesn’t reflect where the product itself is made.
About the missing tag: many of our seamless styles have a printed stamp on the inside instead of a sewn-in label, which can differ per model. We do this on purpose to prevent any irritation against the skin, which is extra important for a hygiene product like this.

Don't buy from this brand. Totally agree with last reviewer. Sizing is completely off. Sent them a photo showing how ridiculously large their size 10 was compared to various other size 10s I have from other brands.
Not only that, their Quality Control is non existent. I ordered two pairs of the same size and one was at least an inch wider than the other when laid flat (i.e. 2-3 inches wider in circumfurence).
Under the 'fit guarantee' they want to make it right by asking you to pay £6.95 for shipping you more pants.
As per the other reviewer, of course you have to break the seal to open the pack and look at the item, rendering them ineligible for a return.

Sorry to hear the sizing hasn't worked out as expected. Because our underwear is sewn by hand in our own factory, there can be a slight variation of around 1 to 2 cm within the same size. Anything beyond that shouldn't happen of course, and we'd genuinely like to take a closer look at this for you.
Regarding the fit guarantee: the £6.95 covers the shipping of the replacement pair, but the new underwear itself is free of charge. Because period underwear is a hygiene product, we're unable to take it back for a refund once the seal has been opened, but we always do our best to make sure you end up with something that fits properly.
