Amazing predictive sub-market analysis.
As I've analyzed deals and try to determine the best market/sub-market/neighborhood to invest in, it is tough to find predictive data that is valuable. What the guys at Lofty have done seems to be an awesome combination of using social context combined with machine learning to give a much more accurate predictive analysis. Based on their historical data of property value increases based on their predictive algorithm, this looks like it could be the competitive advantage that Real Estate Investors need in choosing submarkets and even neighborhoods.
