Needed to move my course around due to a family member getting cancer and appointments needing attending. Company was only interested in the 50% fee to move the course. I understand business fees but i have no control over nhs appointments

I recently completed a course with Good Gas Training at Basildon and it was excellent. Glen and Ed were both knowledgeable, professional, and made the sessions easy to follow. They explained everything clearly and kept the training engaging throughout. Highly recommend!

I joined with absolutely no prior electrical knowledge, which is why I chose the New Entrant Domestic Electrical Installer Foundation Course and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Gary made the basics clear, practical, and enjoyable, giving me real confidence from day one. That strong foundation made it much easier to progress onto the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, where the instructor broke down complex regulations in a way that finally made everything click for me. I then completed Initial Verification of Electrical Installations (RQF Level 3) with Saša, whose passion, attention to detail, and high standards really pushed me to grow and believe in my abilities.
Starting from scratch truly made the advanced levels feel achievable, and I genuinely encourage anyone new to the trade to begin with the foundation course, you won’t regret it. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for their patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I came in unsure and left feeling confident and proud, highly recommended!

Terrible experience with Logic4training. Be careful as they are quick to take your money but don’t send you the terms and conditions until after they take payment!
They took £1559 deposit for a course over the phone, but when I received the terms and conditions I cancelled, they failed to refund my money. Told me it would take 10 days, now it's been weeks and nothing. Avoid at all costs! 👎
It has been about a week since someone called me and spoke about my refund. Can you update me on the investigation status and confirm when I can expect a resolution?
Anyway I have now approached my bank for a chargeback.

My learning experience at the Basildon branch studying the Domestic Electrical Installation course has been great.
There is a lot to learn in what feels like a short space of time, but thanks to the teaching skills of Mr Yohannes Tafari I was able to achieve a Certificate of Competence.
With Thanks
Mr L . Davis.

I have never mentioned my husband’s name so obviously you won’t find him!
He did called your customer service and spoke many times with his manager named Darren and still no refund
First he told him that he will keep half of his money (£3000) then nothing at all and force him to take the course. They do not provide reasons and why he cannot get his money back . Since last November 2025 he is struggling to get his money back when he canceled 5 MONTHS BEFORE THE STARTING DATE OF THE COURSE!
My husband also provided a letter from GP as when he does not need to proof anything as the terms and conditions do not mentioned to provide any.
We even went to your office in Northolt. And no one wanted to help us and keep mentioning Darren’s name that he had to deal with him when he is the one refusing to give his money back!
This is so unfair and outrageous.
My husband paid monthly for a course
They kept rescheduling many times.( since end of 2024)
Now my husband became sick and can no longer go for the course that he never started
He canceled 5 months before (last November 2025 )the starting date and they refuse to give him his money back! He paid almost £6000.
THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS say that if you cancel 56 DAYS before the starting date you will receive FULL REFUND.
They still hold his money back and force him to start the course whenever he is ready!
He shouldn’t put or treat like this and hold his money when their terms and conditions say you can have a full refund!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
