Look elsewhere

Whilst the app was 'okay'. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Logically look elsewhere. For a founder to renege on their original lifetime deal and leave so many of their users disappointed is a warning sign. The gap that this tool originally filled now has an abundance of open-source AI tools suitable for academics.

Scam company, no morals or ethics.

This is a scam company; they sold me a lifetime deal, then 18 months later, told me that a platform they were now listing on (AppSumo) was forcing them to cancel my 18-month-old plan.

That's absurd and nonsense; such a process is against the terms of the sale and would also be illegal, monopolistic, and anti-competitive.

They refused to give me a refund and instead proposed giving me credits to use on their platform.

I followed up on this with their support team and asked for evidence of this requirement from their partner, but they did not provide it.

Furthermore, they deleted my access to support!

Fortunately, I kept records of everything, conversations, transactions and communication with the CEO and was able to get my money back through a credit card chargeback - even though it was beyond 18 months.

They tried to challenge the chargeback, but my comprehensive evidence left no room for them to cheat me further.

Do not use this app – They are scamming!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I paid a lot for it, and since then they kept restricting my account, reducing the number of documents I can upload and reducing the number of times I can use the app. This is disgusting behavior! THEY LIE about everything. Avoid them! THEY LIE! Nothing of what they promise is true. They just want to take money from people, and then restrict them. I paid a lot for this app, and now I can use it less than any other FREE AI. Just stay away from these scammers.
