Alex is efficient, very knowledgeable and always ready to be helpful. He has been helping me now for over 10 years with my Macbook Air installing printer drivers and adjusting the font size so that I can read the tet. He usually fixes this all with Team Viewer which works very well. If he doesn't immediately have a solution he knows how to find one. I r4eccomend him highly.

I was at a loss when the fan in my laptop stopped working, so I contacted this shop. Alex was extremely polite and quickly identified and fixed the issue. The cost was also very reasonable. I truly appreciate his professional work.

Alex has been our go-to IT set up and support for 20 years. Highly recommend. Recently switched me over to a new laptop & connected my virtual assistant into the system. With everything I need for smooth running and safe backups & protection. Patient, efficient, helpful, making the changes painless for me! When there's ever a blip, he responds super quickly and sorted things out.

Alex replaced a broken PSU in my PC. He explained everything, was upfront with pricing, did a really neat job and also cleaned up all the dust in the case. He did a great job and I would happily use again.
