Logic were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end, in particular Laura who was really efficient, determined, kind and understanding in what was a difficult situation for us; she is a credit to the company. The communication was excellent throughout, even when Laura was off, the rest of the team handled my calls and queries effectively. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

I purchased an apt in Tobacco Warehouse recently. Tbh it has been a bit of a bumpy ride but for the efforts above beyond what would ever be expected by the on site agent, Kate Miller, the sale has held together and I now couldn’t happier with the return and benefits of completing on this purchase.
5 stars is not enough Kate deserves a higher rating for the services she’s provided

Dean provided a perfect service when I was renting a property advertised by Logic Estates. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I'd happily recommend Dean and Logic to anyone looking for a rental property.

Great service provided by Logic Estates. The staff are really friendly and professional. We mostly dealt with laura who was amazing, she supported us throughout the whole process, she always got back to us with enquires we had and chased everything we needed to be able to complete before the stamp duty deadline.
Massive thank you to Ben who helped us find our new home, he really went above and beyond for us.

Excellent company to do business with. Very helpful when we purchased our first house. Took quite some time to get the documents together but this company was indeed very patient.

Bought a new home from logic estates. Ended up a long process due to issues with probate. The communicate with logic estates especially laura Reid was excellent throughout this process. Laura kept me updated with every step, she was always available if I had any queries and was always polite helpful and friendly.

Dean Kilpatrick was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Every time I was in contact with Logic they where really polite and helpful in helping us with our tenancy. Would recommend Logic and something tells me I will be in contact with them more in the future.
