They are fraud, they took advance token money . After that my number was put in reject list . I complained with logistic ,mart customer representative but they too stop receiving myu call without providing any solution

They shared my contact to movers and packers, shree Ganapati Movers and Packers is one of them. They contacted me and picked up the luggage and there's no response from them.
When I contacted customer support for Logisticmark, they kept telling me they would call me back after they contacted movers and packers companies.
Later, Logistic mart is stopped answering calls. At least, they have to mention if it's not in their hand. Just waiting people's time and being irresponsive.

Jugnu packer and movers is best service provider for mostly bikes. They are doing very friendly behaviour of our Customers.

Totally a fack company, don't go for it, what they have quote, billed it 3 times more than that of quoted amount. I will case on them, a fraud company, third party VRL logistic that pickup the bike and treated so rudly after the billing, I will case on both company. I have the proof of everything.

gave me three quotes and all three are fake people. My luck after 2 months I got my car back.but all the items were damaged and after the payment owner of all India packers and movers Jaipur was not ready to talk also. Again I have approached Jaipur police ( who helped me).

Pathetic app has put details of fraud Movers and packers. Their agency Janaki movers and packers is worst, haphazardly packed my luggage with no list of items, no system of packing, took 12 hrs to pack my 70% luggage and then put hurriedly everything in truck. On delivery said you have to pay extra for labour to put luggage in rooms or they will drop luggage outside house.

Please dont trust these thugs, they connected me with gati safe cargo chennai, was supposed to ship my bike from chennai to goa she took my bike and dint ship it to me for 3 months, later my friend in chennai contacted them and took the bike in chennai it self. Even they still dint return my 12000 Rupees.

I called logistic mart for the same, they gave me fake promises and later they said we are not responsible for your loss. I tried to tell them that its their client and they are responsible for the same. In short thug company with thug clients.

They had taken my number n gave to Alfa packers and movers Bangalore, those people very unprofessional and cheated us by bringing some small lorry without roof that too long distance 10/12 hours distance.... Well. My things went wasted coz it was wet due to rain and dint have a roof n covered with sheet.we asked them to change the lorry but they did not agree and faught like Gundas rowdies. Took money n after that not listening to anything. So don't trust this site they refer to unprofessional people

Very poor customer dealing.. I had clearly mentioned that they should call me b/w 5 PM to 9 PM.. yet the executive called me at office time.. I was courteous enough to take her calls however she simply wasted my time with her stupidity.. Plus she was EXTREMELY unprofessional.. "KARUN YA NAHIN KARUN" Is not how you speak to prospective customers!!

I used their services to recommend a transporter for transporting a scooty from Delhi to Bangalore last month (June 2019). The Service Provider I chose out of Logisticmart's recommendation proved to be untrustworthy, unreliable, overcharging without receipt and extremely unprofessional.the scooty was picked up from my hope on 11th June and I was told lies about its delivery/transit status. It was actually handed over for transportation only on 24th June i.e. 13 days after taken from me. Reached late and finally delivered without the scooty ignition key which was lost by the transporter. My sincere recommendation is not to take at face value what sales story these guys give. Do it yourself rather than use an online plat form such as Logisticart.

Not trustable of logistics mart . Isme jitane bhi Packers and movers registered hai sare ek number ke frod hai. So not trustable.

I had given contract to TCI PACKERS AND MOVERS through LOGISTICMART.COM for shifting my household items and BIKE from JAIPUR to Hamirpur, HIMACHAL PRADESH on 11 Oct 2018 (Mr. CHANDAN SINGH SHEKHAWAT and 1 other person packed and loaded the items in a tempo) and delivery date was agreed on or before 17 Oct 2018. The total cost including all charges was agreed at Rs-8000. At the time of loading I had paid Rs-6000 and the balance of Rs-2000 was agreed to be paid after the delivery of the goods.

On 12 Oct 2018 I received a message from Mr. Dinesh Shekhawat for payment. The total amount now increased to Rs-12750, I told him that everything was finalised at Rs-8000, how come now it has increased ? He told me that Rs-8000 was just transportation charges the extra charge of Rs-4750 includes packing, loading, insurance and GST.

I told him that its not fair, after taking all the goods they are demanding more money. He told me that he won't hand over our goods if the payments is not done. As I had no other option, I told him that we will make the balance payment of Rs-6750 once the goods are delivered but Mr. Dinesh denied. He told me to make the payment in advance to a a/c no. (Bank of Baroda 07100100021144 Chandan Singh Shekhawat) before receiving the goods at HAMIRPUR. I told him to return me all my goods along with the bike and advance payment, but he told me that he has already sent the goods and will be delivered tomorrow (13 OCT 2018). I asked him to give me the truck no., and he gave me a no. HR 61B 6650 (which was fake).

He told me that he is in Pune and his boss at GURGOAN BRANCH (MR. RAHUL SHARMA) want's the payment to be made in advance. So, I took Mr. Sharma's no. and contacted him (9999879144). He also insisted me to make the full payment in advance and assured that the goods are safe with them and will safely reach the destination once the full payment is made. After taking to him I made the balance payment of Rs-6750 through net banking. I called Mr. Dinesh Shekhawat and Mr. Rahul Sharma and informed about the same, and they assured me that the goods will now be delivered at the final destination by 13 OCT 2018.

When I contacted Mr. Dinesh on 13 Oct he told me to contact him later becoz he did not receive the address of the warehouse/ transporter where the goods will be delivered. After that he started making excuses that the goods will be delivered tomorrow (14 Oct) i'll let you know after sometime, after that he stopped responding to my calls and messages.

Finally, on 4th Dec (almost after 2 months) our goods reached Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh around 10.30 pm. We checked the items and found the following-
1. Bike- The brake, clutch, paddle, body of the bike broken, indicators missing.
2. Bumper guard missing
3. Boxes in fully torn condition
4. Quilts and blankets missing
5. Scratches all over the mixer, Mixer jars missing (mixer of no use without jars)
6. Utensils and other households missing
7. Folding table missing
8. 2 Dents in refrigerator
9. Scratches all over the cooler
10. Baby toys, mattress, blankets missing

When i called Mr.Dinesh to inform about the losses incured he did not answer my calls (Called atleast 20 times). All other nos. mentioned below were either not reachable or switched off.

We trusted this fraud company and was mentally tortured for 2 months.I was a horrible experience with this company, TCI EXPRESS PACKERS AND MOVERS

When I googled about the company, I found out that it has fooled many innocent people like us and they keep the goods of everyone and later when the people demand for compensation, they dont answer the calls.

Really Bad Service.
We shifted our 2 bhk house from Mumbai to Kudal which is at Konkan Stretch in Maharashtra.

I chose KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS for the entire uploading and downloading and paid them 25000 and 3000 Rs more for the Insurance. At the time of the dismantling of the furniture we realised that there is termite on it so we decided to not take 2 cupboards and one dressing table. Inspite of continuos request of reducing the price because 3 items they are not carrying it, they refuse to take down the charges. They damaged the society walls while taking the furniture down. Which i had to pay the society, on telling them the same the response i got was "utana toh hoga hi."

My furniture reached to the destination place. The company was suppose to Assemble the furniture back for me. We realised that few screws of my both the beds are missing so they couldn't fix it back. We had to buy new screws to fix it and also pay extra labour charge. Handle of one of my cupboard broke. which we had to fix it. In one of the boxes they had kept kitchen stuff. Because they kept the box upside down in the tempo the entire box spilled over like oil, rice, daals etc. And the recent thing we realised that one of our stool is also missing. I was in total loss.

Pathetic service. Plz never ever give ur service to KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are extremely unprofessional. And Logisticmart you need to really check with who all are you tying hands with.
I regret that i found Logisticmart online. And i chose to go ahead with them and KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS.
