Program doesn't work and can not get support.
Is there anyone has the problem of same log report to draft folder?

Be very careful when using this software, I do not recommend it at all! It is a scam, and it steals your data, after downloading and using it for a couple of days I started receiving login alerts in many of my accounts and emails, and it is no coincidence that everything started when I installed the program and started to use it and download it directly from their website. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY STEAL THE USER'S DATA!

It all started out great, the software worked and support seemed interested in what I had to say and ask, it all went bad after I purchased it and had a problem, I contacted them about any refunds and they said I had seven days.

I purchased the software and then hit a problem, as I had a small SSD drive I needed to store the multiple files the software produced on a NAT or second drive I could not find any settings for this? So, I contacted support for help several times without a response over 4 days I knew they had received my emails because I received a read receipt, they were great before I got the software responding within 24 hours, I could not understand why they were ignoring me now?

Anyway; ended up raising a PayPal dispute to return my money within the seven-day period.

FYI, for the limited time I used the software it seemed to work fine and had no overhead consuming loads of memory BUT………, be prepared to store all the files on your main drive i.e. C: the program produces a load of .JPG image files so you need space to store these images.

I was extremely disappointed as I think the software would have worked fine other than being ignored by support and not being able to nominate another drive to store files.
