I placed an order of 8 boxes Proxeed men, my card was charged but no order confirmation was sent.

An email was sent but no response.

03/11/2025: In response to Logixxphrma reply, MY CARD WAS CHARGED by your company and I have been given a transaction details by my bank to forward to you. You have refused to reply the email I sent on the 1st of November 2025. All the phone numbers on your website are not connecting. No order confirmation was received till this moment.

05/11/2025 : I changed the review to 5* because the merchant has resolved the issue and handled it professionally.
They acknowledged that the payment went through but the payment gateway had issues and this is somewhat peculiar to the card I used. Transaction details aa given by my bank was supplied from my end and they were able to trace the payment, gave me the option of either a refund or to process the order. I chose the second position. The delivery process was swift and package received via RoyalMail this evening.

I don`t usually leave reviews for companies but the level of service I received from Shelley was exceptional.

After an initial phone conversation, she answered all my questions and assured me everything will be fine. My order was processed straight away with a tracking number. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Logixx products helped my reproduction health

Quick and easy delivery of exactly what I asked for and on top of that it was at a discount. The transportation cost was a bit high but I guess such is life when the business is located in England and I am in Au.

The product is very good and customer service is excellent, polite and professional. I will recommend them without any hesitation.

Usually fast delivery when next day delivery was selected.
I've given 4 stars because about a month ago, I have placed the order on a Saturday, paid for next day delivery and got the order on Tuesday. I am aware the next day delivery it applies for business days only. However, I was hoping to arrive on Monday.

Some of the satchets were sticky so couldn't be used effectively in my package.

No Dramas. Delivered on time and items were as expected, no quabbles really other than it would be good if they offered a free delivery service, especially when spending so much. Pharmaceuticals are always a rip off!
