I used the company to try and get a website set up. I was given so many promises by Chadwick to say that everything will be done professionally and and with in few weeks I will have everything up and running. As this was my 1st project with my business partner I thought, let's give them the business and made payments as they requested it for Logo's and designs. After a few weeks I get contact by another team member to say that the prices given were not accurate and the price for the website alone was in thousands.

As I had already paid, after some more promises from this new person, I continued to give them another chance. Little did I know every conversion lead to them asking for more money never actually done any work and been saying in 2 week you will have it and it's been almost 4 months and not a single thing has been delivered apart from few designs of the logo.

These guys are scamers Do not use them the other review is very similar to what they did with me as well. I have full proof of conversion on WhatsApp.

When I asked for refund I get ignored.

Recently got contacted by them again almost 11 months later claiming they are working on my website. Happy to share conversations if needed to prove by the way.

Absolutely wast of money and our time.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Thomas at Logocious designs was fantastic in designing our website. He was very patient with us in making any changes we required and delivered everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend using them if you need somebody who wants to bring your vision to life!

My entire website shut down on me from my previous website company. I had no way to get in contact with them. I reached out to Harris at this new company; he had my site up and running the same day. He also went above and beyond for me with importing and outporting my email. It was a very stressful time but I appreciate Harris so much for taking on my project in such a short notice. The only issue I had was that I had to constantly remind him about my project which can be frustrating at times as a business owner.

Thomas Wilson made my experience at creating the logo of my company and setting my business emailing and so on, a stress free operation. I enjoy working with him for his calm, understanding and positive contributions. Having said that, I’m still coming back to ask for help on matters raising that he / his company can provide. I found this business through Bark.com for web design. After communicating via email and Whatsapp, we thought to give Thomas at Logocious Design a try. Before beginning, he asked for payment up front. It was a reasonable amount so it was paid. We had asked for an invoice and a receipt but he said it will be emailed shortly, however, nothing was sent to us. He mentioned we need certain files to get started on the website so we paid another amount to get other work done. We learned from the samples we received that he wouldn't be able to provide what we require so. We had paid for these samples and had paid upfront for the web design. We decided not to move forward with him after seeing the sample and request a refund. He said he would need to speak with his manager and we have not heard from him since. I followed up a couple of times but no response. I called too but it would go to voicemail. We looked at our statement to double check and have learned that he has taken 3 payments since the first week we provided the CC information. DO NOT TRUST Logocious Design or Thomas! He is fraudulent. He will dupe you. The statements also provide transaction from various states/cities in the US.

Thomas at Logocious has been very efficient in designing the logo of the company and getting it registered through their legal department. He is quick to design logos, web pages and produces examples of the various previous work that they have done. They also provide a SSL for the web page that keeps it secure. He is most efficient, pleasant and I have peace of mind while he continues to work effectively on the designs and web page!
