I had them design my website last year (2018) with lot of going back & forth. Horrible web designing. I just checked my website and it's not there anymore. I emailed, left them a message, called the number and got no response whatsoever. Please beware. Big scam. Do not fall into trap. Still trying to contact them, but the phone rings and cuts off?
Please do not waste your money with these people.

Logo Cluster/Craft It Design/Takvare Group, is a SCAM. They create problems on your website to bill you more. Every time they call you is to get more money out of you. Being that most people have no knowledge of the website industry, they will lie and manipulate you into paying more. Google should remove them completely from the search engine. I dont know how theyre still in business.

Logo Cluster is not a business, but a group of scammers who bill people under the name of a no longer company called Tekvare Group. They are no longer a business at all, in the US anyway. They are based in Pakistan, so when you pay them and you realize what sneaky little scammers they are and the poor service they provide, you will not be able to get your money back no matter how you try. They will tell you the refund is coming but it isn't. They have lost any business status in the US. I am trying to find their credentials in the state of VA and their state registry has them listed as "purged", as in, thrown out, and they are headed down fast, but they are scrambling to get a few more suckers before they fail and run back to Pakistan. Please do not give these losers your hard earned money. I have nothing to show for $1500 except a bill and a hard learned lesson in listening to my instincts. I told myself to not judge someone's accent, but you know what? They are liars, they have been swindling for some time and they need to be stopped. I have filed with the BBB, and am filing a warrant of debt with the state of Virginia, however I am a bit deflated with the knowledge that they can just hop in a plane and go back to their sand huts before they pay back any stolen funds. Live and Learn I suppose, but as my due diligence I have written this truthful warning to anyone thinking of hiring this BS non business

Absolutely the worse. They can’t understand or don’t wa t to understand English. I not only spoke with them numerous times but also had over 10 emails detailing what was wrong. They could never get it straight just nothing but con artist and lies. I have paid them in full and yet to receive my website. They got me for over $1100.00. I have received nothing at this point. We first started working on website in October 2017 now this is February of 2018 and nothing to show for it.

This is one of the worse company for Website design and developing, After 3 months they did nothing except talking and charging you with false proposal ,Last word they are scam , finally we end up with Dispute for all payment that I made.

Logo Cluster made our company an amazing logo that our company is proud to use. They responded with light speed and were very patient in the revision process. Overall 5/5 sould use again or recommend to other professional made logo seeker!

You guys were extremely patient with us and very generous with the time you spent with our company to ensure the highest quality of service performance and creativity was put out there. This company is less than 1 star, actually scam. I asked my logo files, they just said they send it but i never got it. I told them, i never got it, then they asked me for my friends email address and top of that they asked my facebook account. Thats sooo weird!!! They kept telling me they send it so my email is not working. Come on, when they charged me bills, email works perfectly but sending file suddenly not working!!!! If they cant send me files, i need my money back but they dont even refund me or any. When i asked them for money back actually they theatening me. They told me, you dont call us anymore, you ganna hear from our lawyer and hang up on me then never hear from them anymore. They just ignore my emails and no contact anymore. Now i saw other people's review and i guess they scam lot of peole and all the good reviews are fake. Please do not use this company!!!

Opening a business is hard. All the expenses that go along with opening a business is even harder! Logocluster created my logo, which I actually did like, and ended up taking more money for me for the different formats promising me business cards and stationary and it has been months now and I have not received anything. Plus, I went to get shirts printed with the logo and that graphic designer had to fix the logo that logo cluster designed. I knew it looked off center but figured, they’re the experts, maybe my eyes are deceiving me. So yes, I got a logo that had to be fixed and NO business cards and NO stationary and spent way too much money. Contacted them about it several times and still received nothing, and then they wanted to charge me shipping on something they offered me!

This is one of the worse company to go with can not even design a logo ended up waist my time I ended up getting logo done someplace else They do not listen. And give you profs that look like a 6 year old did it

I had sought out to the company for getting a logo made. The design concepts were great and fresh. However, my time crunch was not understood and the replies from the company were not on time. Other than the issues with time management, the team and their creativity is awesome.

I wanted to get SEO services but was reluctant at first. Once I was introduced to the team and saw the results I was pretty content.
The pricing they offered were affordable and the services provided to me were excellent. The time I have spent working with Jason Andrews (my contact person at Logo Cluster) was worth while and I will definitely recommend people looking for getting their website optimized to go with Logo Cluster.

I am happy to say that, I received my project on time and the quality of work was not compromised, it was well above the mark.

I have to tell you that this company took over my project as I was not receiving a lot of communication with the company I hired prior to speaking with Logo Cluster. My project had been outsourced to India, and I was not happy as they are on a different time schedule. When we are sleep they are awake so it was very difficult, but from the moment logo cluster entered the picture they have taken the bull by the horns, and delivered a better product for less $$. Its a win/win
