The process of designing my business was quick and easy. I was kept in the loop from start to finish, and I am very happy with the logo and the process.

Total crooks.
They don't write or speak English that well
They will steal from you as much as they can get and laugh at you when they don't do the work correctly.

The team listened to my needs, came up with great ideas, and made changes where necessary. I’m very happy with the finished product, the customer service, and the pricing was very cost effective.
Then the fun started; bait and switch upsells, no one uses their real name, asked them to let me host my site somewhere else even though I paid them for 3 years of hosting and they will not let me unless I pay them even more. I have no idea where in the world they exist, calls are re-routed from everywhere, and my advice is Absolutely do not trust these people. They bother you constantly, change the game, and when you tell them to stop bothering you and use their real names, they threaten me with legal action! lolMorons! As a suggestion, NEVER deal with out of country, faceless entities or be caught is a s**tstorm like I am .

Alex, who I deal with is very experienced. He has always kept his word and offers more than the many other company's have. All at the best price. As a Movie Producer, Author, and Martial Arts Master, this will always be my only choice!

When Alan Lee was with the company he knew exactly what I wanted. Then he got fired for helping me with my website. This has been going on for 2 months when it should have taken 2 weeks. There is nothing but an image but the links don't work. Buyer beware.

My experience with logo cosmic has been pleasantly surprising. Alex has been very helpful, informative and patient during the process of building my website. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the most vile and predatorial company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

I was promised a trademark/Copyright to a logo that was designed a few years back.

I was then continually contacted and attempted to be upsold, and was informed that my trademark and copyright never went through. My attorneys reached out to them due to misrepresentation, and all contact ceased. I was then contacted recently, that another individual was attempting to claim my IP and unless I paid more money for the copy writing process I was going to lose it. When I forwarded the former correspondence regarding the copyright and TM of the logo? I was informed there was a misunderstanding/miscommunication with their sales team. And that the best they could do was refund my initial expenses.

When I accepted the refund, I was then informed that they “didn’t mean a refund” but that I could go to the trademark/copyright governmental authority and pay the fee and they would reduce the cost of additional services.

Thank God I have all correspondence records and attorneys.

BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL HARASS AND THREATEN YOU.

Ken adams and his crew did an amazing job! I asked for illustrated logo and mascot that looks like me, and they truly went above and beyond I really appreciate their services and I will for sure be using them again! They do this all in under 48 hours!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Logocosmic helped design my business Logo and website. They were creative and responsive. What I liked most about them is they had open communication channel throughout and they were very quick to response. They were open to all the changes requested. I would recommend their services.

This company shows one thing on their website (professional looking logos), but their actualy quality is nowhere near that. The owner is aware, and doesn't care. Makes me wonder if they actually designed those logos on their website at all.

They don't communicate effecitvely at all, don't take notes during meetings, and take over 9 days to make a small revision. Then make excuses and try to upusell when they haven't even designed a professional logo.

The quality is just not there.

They also don't stand behind their 100% money back guarantee.

I've asked for a refund for lack of communication and quality, they don't care. I've asked for a refund at the start of the process, I should have went with my gut in the first place and never hired them in the first place.

Now I am stuck for 600USD with no logo or website.

If they don't care about the quality of the work and communication, how are they going to design a professional logo?

Also, none of their social media links work at all, which is a big red flag, as they don't want you to find out what they are about.

After reviewing the trustpilot reviews from others, many of the negative reviews reflect my experience.

You get what you pay for, so don't bother even giving them a chance, they don't deserve it.

Stay far away.

Update, July 3, 2024 they continue to harass me, from different numbers, same person. This is really disturbing behavour.

These guys make some quality stuff and they are so easy to work with. Making changes to my logo's was easy.

Professional, Ken provides exceptional workmanship
