Alex really came through for me! The designer did a great job on my logos.

Logo Cosmic made me an awesome logo for my beat selling business and made me a site that looks great as well. Next they will be doing back end work, I cant wait to see how much traffic I will soon get. They keep in contact and answer questions quickly and are nice to work with.

I didn't provide very much detail to the designer but the still came through with a couple Logo's that were very good. One was fantastic but a little too aggressive for my industry. I went with the simpler logo and very happy with what I received.

Literally, they did what I asked without any hesitation at the shortest possible time. They are creative, responsive, and fast.

I began my logo with personal sketches. The basic format was laid down to my satisfaction. However, the conversation for fine tuning details became tedious.

Alex helped me setting up a brand for my business. They are tremendous, they help me to grow start. We started with the logo and they amazed me, then suggested about the website. I wasn't sure that they could do it, but again they amazed me, they built my website, and again amazed me. They suggested marketing to get the sales, again. I trusted them and they helped me get traffic as well.

To be honest, this is the company I would suggest to everyone.

They where the worst company I've delt with. They never showed up to meetings. They don't understand English because I asked them to do one simple edit & for two weeks I had to say the same thing with no changes being made. I told them that im getting a new person to take over & send over there nothing of a website and the dude refused. I had to contact 3 managers for him just to send over the unfinished work. Never suggest this to a friend and don't use. The positive reviews on here are fake look at the Google reviews and you'll see the nightmare people they are.

Alex was great and very helpful as the project went along. Made sure I got was satisfied and got my logo how I wanted it.

Generally had a good experience with alex and logocosmic.

They communicated well and I am very happy with the final product. It will generally cost more than the special price that you initially purchase. But still reasonable price.

Do not be fooled. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This company loves to up-sell you. They claim to have 100% money back guarantee but there are tons of hidden fees and accseptions. I subscribed to the gold package (paid $380) and was told weeks later that I would need to pay an additional $2000 if I wanted to use any of the designs I paid for. I dessided to cancel my subscription and get my money back. I was told there was a 100% money back guarantee policy. They only gave me $100 store credit as a refund. Everytime I call, I end up speaking to a different representative. I have run into issue after issue with this company. They will design things, but they will also charge you extra to use them. Read the disclosures and know what you are getting into so you don't get scammed like I did.

They create a logo for $19 but they give a .jpeg that does not scale. They spent a lot of time asking me to upgrade to $100-170 package to get more revisions, and better files (psd etc). Three revisions were included. When I asked to go back to the original color in the last revision for the final logo I was technically out of revisions. It wasn’t a new design, it was a previous color to finalize the logo since the color change was not successful. But it was denied. They are friendly and work fast but this logo is not what I wanted.

The team did a great job. I have very much appreciated the availability and reactivity of the team. The professionalism focused on client satisfaction is a very valuable asset. Definitely ready to use again for future works.

not only did the main person help me but everyone in the team knew me by my first name. and I remember each of their names.
