Paid their $49 fee for my logo. Work was good to start but then came the hard sell to buy other things. Then the “unlimited revisions” they promised disappeared. I have not heard from my “rep” in a week +. “We can do your website, trademark ring, etc” They always try and sell you something BEFORE the deliver on the actual purchase you made. I still don’t have my logo. These people are awful and need to be put out of business…IMMEDIATELY.

Our logo design came out how we envisioned. Brent, Ethan and Allen were the people we worked with for our design. They gave us many options until we narrowed down to the one. Communication was ongoing. Only blip was that it took a while for our products to be delivered, but they did apologize for delay and provided tracking information.

I had a client hire me after having to deal with this company for a few weeks - she was entirely lost, they had intentionally been confusing her after taking $2,200 from her and making promises they have yet to keep and constantly trying to upsell another $5,000 or more in videos, trademarks, etc. Honestly I can go out and do areal photography with my DJI equipment for far less than what they are charging for stock video.

Well, the customer got me on 3-way after just taking down information, the only thing I had explained is what DNS was (Domain Name Services) and what the difference between a TLD (Top-Level Domain) and subdomain was. One of the first things out of the guy's mouth when the customer said "I have the problem" was "The problem is Michael" - me and goes on to say "He's been confusing you this entire time!" Yeah the guy "Allen Murphy" Mr Jay Anderson's "Operations Officer" slandered my company hard.

This is how a scam works - keep your victims stupid, isolate them from others with knowledge, and take them for everything they have.

My suggestion is for anyone else here, shoot $400 over to a local web developer and give them limited power of attorney and see if you get the same results that my customer just got.

BTW I have the recording - they think my company is some little company with 1 employee (LOL), but in fact we've been in business for 20 years and have 27, real, living-wage employees - locally that my client can go see and shake hands with.

Update: The company replied with wanting proof. Beyond the contract and power of attorney that they have in their possession, I can provide the audio clips to prove that I've had to deal with you, would you like that because I'm MORE than happy to put that garbage out in public HA HA HA HA!

I am very pleased with my Logo. Jay Anderson was awesome working with me on what I preferred every step of the way. I do recommend Logogenies and if you are lucky to work with Jay Anderson it will be an extra bonus.

This company definitely is a scam. The $29 is basically a way to hook you, then they’ll upsell quickly. Good luck after that. My logo was not delivered until day 5 after 10 follow ups and conversation with some of the most incompetent customer service people I have ever dealt with. Not only were they useless, but they were rude and kept talking over me. In the end I got a very mediocre product and they refused to issue a refund despite their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (another scam). Pay a bit more and find a reputable company - this is definitely not it.

BTW, I am convinced they aren’t even using US based designers. My 15year old could have designed a better logo.

I would not even give a 1 star. It is been almost 3 months and the logo was created in 1st weeks and not the time they mentioned in their advertisement. The stationary work was done almost after 2 months. There are already 6 people worked on different time and they are just throwing ball on each other court. When i ask for my money back they refuse to give it as they did not keeping their promises as per their website "Money back Guaranteed" since my friend refered me and this logo company suppose to print and send me business card which they also refused to do it. Plus, they forced you to sign up for their legal trademark services to secure your logo where fees are in thousands. they do not disclosure any of these thing in their advertisement and when you declined to get those service than they either delay your stuff or they dont fulfill the order. Stay out from this company they lie on their advertisement and do not give everything that they offer in the service.
