These guys helped me out getting a great logo for my new business.

These guys are complete scammers. A year after you buy your logo you will receive an email extorting you for money for the copyright of the logo you purchased. They are not Australian based, so you have no recall. They threaten to auto-charge your credit card if you do not pay them. EG: You will have the Copyright registered and get the Certificate in 25-30 days or you will be auto charged minimum $49 for 1 Year Local Rights to avoid Legal Infringement conflicts and counterfeit conflicts if not responded back within 24-48 Hours. This is completely illegal activity in Australia. Stay Away.

For me, Very bad services, low quality, refuse to re-fund my money, they do not have bank account in Australia and my money went directly to china, did not provide the all files that they promised to deliver, It took them over two weeks to do my logo and yet it is not finished. They use fake names for their employees, they do not get design from 8 different designers, I am going to engage ACCC to get my money back. I would not recommend anyone to engage with them. Also they use a standard Icon which anyone else can use.

Extremely Disappointed

This company have delivered nothing but crap logos, poor communication and as soon as i asked for a refund i was met with reasons why this is not available. The website says they will continue to provide and money back guarantee. Daniel Martin has harassed me and says that the company dont care about $200 odd dollars yet cant refund this as initially promises.

Post this and me giving up and using another design company i have completed my logo and then they contact me to "repair and rebuild" a "relationship"

that was completely shat on when you couldn't do this to begin with and REFUSE a refund.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO STAY AWAY

Jacob and his team do such an amazing job, no matter how long it takes they give you constant communication and 100% attention to detail. They provide such a good and reliable service I wouldn't go to anyone else and recommend them to everyone! Such a good and competitive price too. Thanks so much for everything guys!

Beautiful logo and business cards design, very happy with the results! Good communication, they’ve really listened to my input and worked on giving me my best logo possible. Communication was a bit slow at coming back to me (took usually 2 days for every tiny change). But the results are great and I’ve received the logo in lots of different sizes and format.

After being frustrated with getting a logo, Steve from Logonado came in with his team and really impressed me with good communication and amazing delivery.

They have constructed a logo that speaks my brand so well that I am so excited to get my business up and running, working overtime right now just like they did to deliver great quality in a short amount of time.

Jacob Webber was highly professional and communicative, using great tools to interact with me during design of my requirements.

Awsome company to work with. Were able to produce some quality logos for our club and was exactly how we pictured the end result. Very reasonable priced and the end result was very high quality. A total waste of time, have asked for my logo for months, all they want is to try and up sell other products. I have not recieved anything after months of waiting. BE WARNED. AT RIP OFF

This service was absolutely appalling! They are a disgusting company and if I could give zero stars I would. Henry my website designer did not listen to me throughout the process. I had to ask for what I wanted over 5 times every time. He did not have the communication skills required for this job. Once I told Logonado I would not be going with them for website hosting (due to their inadequate communication skills given the fact they do not have a clue how to develop websites and are not Australian leaving a significant linguistic barrier), the tables turned and they provided little to no help at all. The entire process was drawn out, they did not explain any step and then held my website basically hostage for over 3 weeks before transferring me incomplete files to provide to the new host. This delayed the launch of my business by over a month! We had to contact Logonado’s manager for help transferring the files because Henry wasn’t cooperating. He was no more helpful then Henry. He promised assistance that we didn’t receive. When I received the files there was no explanation and they would not have made sense to anyone without significant I.T. Knowledge. The website was not up to standard when transferred, we are currently finishing the editing ourselves because they were so hopeless. They claim 100% satisfaction but they trick people into paying first and then a month has gone by, so if you walk away half way through you have wasted so much time. That’s if it even is that easy to get a refund, I told them I was not happy throughout this process but I was offered neither a refund or assistance. It was a terrible service and it made my life so stressful over the last 2 months developing this website.

Jim was the guy that sorted my logo after a discussion and a quick questionaire I had eight different and varied logo... all good. After narrowing it down he then made changes I thought and I ended up with the logo that was in my mind exactly what I wanted. Great service, great artwork, excellent price, cheer guys!! Will use again!!

We contacted Logonado because we needed a logo done for our new business, Henry was the person assigned to our logo. Henry was professional, prompt and paid attention to all the information we gave him that we wanted included in the logo. Henry was easy to contact at all hours and very helpful with any information we needed.
We highly recommend Henry to anyone that needs graphic work done. We couldn't be happier!

Buyer beware! This is a scam company. They charge you to make a website then hold you hostage asking for more and more hidden charges before they will complete your website and get it online. So far we have paid them almost $3000 and all we have from that is a logo. No website and the charges keep coming. I won't be paying another cent and will try to get my money back. Hidden additional fees at every turn!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This company does not exist and is a complete scam.Their address being Level 23 at 127 Creek Street , Brisbane is false...no company by that name is in that building. Unfortunately for me I received an incomplete 'D'Grade photographic website...no logo...no business cards.Cost...just over $1000.00.If they have any reviews that are good they would be written by whoever Logonado are??
Beware...do not part with one cent of your money with these complete thieves and imposters!!! You can call the property leasing company Regus Brisbane 07 32182100 to confirm what I am reporting.

Poor service did not get what we payed for too hard basket going to get another company to sort it out so many emails no replies been going on for over a year now spend your money local please.
