I had Jacob Webber assigned to my project and was very happy with the outcome, even though I changed my mind a few times and had to refocus on what I need the logo to represent. Found Jacob very helpful and patient. I would recommend him and Logonado.

I had Roy Smith look after my design and i have to say he did an awesome job we went back and forwards and had many changes until it was perfect.
I was really happy with the service that was provided and Roy's quick responses made this a smooth process.
I highly recommend them.

I originally gave Logonado a 5 star review - their service was terrific. Since then I have had a couple of unsolicited approaches for add-on services which I chose to ignore.
But most recently I have been approached by an employee who has advised me that for only $99 their "in-house legal department" will ensure that I comply with "720C AUSC Registration Law" which requires that I not "use an unregistered design for private or public purposes."
If I pay the $99 it will "Let me (logonado employee name withheld for privacy) render you an electronic certificate of registration of your logo as a documented proof that your logo is registered in Australian Registration Department."
Apparently, if I pay the $99, "The investors would see that you have taken an appropriate legal protection for your brand and it would increase the authenticity and worth of your brand. Besides, the local legislative offices charge around $350 to register your brand and could take up 03 to 04 months, whereas, our company has their in-house legal department to deliver the same service in such a minimum cost of $99."

I have been through the trademark process with IP Australia, and I never came across "720C AUSC Registration Law" in my legal studies. Suffice to say that I was unimpressed by this blatant grab for cash using most-probably bogus information and when I responded to the employee asking for him to provide me with the appropriate excerpt of "720C AUSC Registration Law" I have been greeted with a deafening silence and no further contact. Imagine my surprise.

So, I'm no expert - but I will not use Logonado again, I won't recommend them again, and I would caution others from using them now - just on the basis of this unsolicited and questionable approach.

Not sure where to start with this one. First of all, any review awarding these guys 1 star is justified and I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere if you are looking for a logo, business card, web solution.

A couple of the reviews have referred to Logonado as being fraudsters. This has been my strong impression for the following reasons:
1. Logonado - Logomines -British Logos - who knows at any one time which company you are dealing with. Email extensions change constantly.
2. The 100% Money Back Guarantee is a scam.
After several months of trying my best to accommodate this company's ineptitude (details to follow), I threw in the towel and asked for my money back. Only to be referred to T&C's on the website which stated that a refund could only be requested within 48 hours of the first draft product being received.
3. Several different email extensions used in our time trying to get the service delivered. Frequently very difficult to get a reply.
4. Requested vector files of our Business cards for several weeks - were given every excuse under the sun - illness, company name change, files lost, change of designer. Still don't have them.
4. After several weeks of no response from the Project Manager and finding that the phone number provided was no longer operational, we did some digging to find that the same number was now being used by British Logos. Got them chatting on Instant Messenger and then when they called us, explained our situation. Apparently the guy dealing with us had been moved to another department. Must have been about 2 months prior to that conversation and they never had any intention of advising us or completing their scope of work. I was then promised the earth to address my concerns. Got nothing.
5. Some of the reviews mention bullying tactics - these guys offer you what seems like a great package and then are more interested in selling you upgrades and add-ons then actually delivering what you have already paid for. They will call you night and day to harass you into giving them more money and even try the - you are affecting my commission line.

The actual experience has been harrowing. I'll keep it simple:
1. Multiple changes requested - only seem capable of 1 change per revision. Difficult for logo/business card design, nightmare for website.
2. Native files were not given for Business Cards despite requesting these multiple times. They wanted me to order the business cards from them. Had to pay an additional £50 to get the Vector file for the Logo.
3. Request to provide Business stationary/Social Media platform designs, the templates for 4 of the 5 pages of the website ignored.
4. Eventually created a full mock up/design of website using Excel myself. 5 Tabs for 5 Pages, 3 weeks later no response. This is when we asked for a refund.
5. Of course none of the web-hosting, no landing page, no Search Engine submission.

Thoroughly appalling and I will be reporting these guys to the National Cyber Crime Agency and the Ombudsman.

Had a great experience with Jacob Webber from logonado actually came up with some great designs and quick with responses, do highly recommend

Roy Smith managed my job very efficiently and I was delighted with the variety of creative concepts and the final completed design.
I can recommend Logonado highly.

Quick and affordable service. Response time from Roy was impressive & communication back and forth was professional & helpful. Would highly recommend logonado's services for logo design.

Do not be fooled by the other fabricated reviews Logonado is not a registered business, they hijack other phone numbers, they do not deliver the project and once they get your credit card details they take a variety of amounts constantly, from hundreds of dollars down to a couple of dollars that you have NOT agreed to. Try calling after these transfers, a recorded voice tells you the number is no longer connected. TOTAL FRAUD AT THE UPPER PROFFESSIONAL LEVEL.

Totally shocking company, from bad communication to bad customer service. It took month to get the website to a standard we wanted, now after 1 month live we have a website, where the cpanel is not working neither does the websites admin or the functions on the website. Do not believe what they promise you.
The company uses bullying tactics and in return is not approachable. Make matters worse we are unable to contact the company and we are going now through Trading Standards.

Stay Away!
Awful absolutely shocking, no customer service very poor artwork produced and they refuse to give the money back when their website guarantees 100% satisfaction or money back.

I can't comment on those who have had overwhelmingly positive experiences however my experience with this company is so similar to those that had terrible experiences that I'm just amazed at how polarising the reviews could be. This company spent two months of our time applying what I call a 'scatter gun' approach to our logo design, seemingly incapable of understanding and applying verbal or written feedback. We went through four iterations before pulling the plug. Then like other reviewers, we got the senior designer calling asking for another chance, promising an award- winning dedicated designer and 12 hour turnaround and 100% refund up until the website going live if we're not happy. After two weeks, things didn't improve and we terminated the contract a second time. Been waiting close to four weeks now for a refund. Attempts for a progress update have been met with either non response or a 'its in progress'. Now we're taking the matter to Fair Trading and the ACCC for assistance. We know you get what you pay for, but even at this price, the quality of the output and time required has been below par. Had initial high hopes with this company, but now sad and disappointed

Thank you for your updated comment. Just so that I am clear on your message could you tell me what exactly are you apologising for? Is it

1. That you used 2 months of my business time providing me with a product that was substandard and incomplete?
2. That you used a further two months of my time, chasing you up for a promised refund?
3. The fact that your authorised agent ignored a representative from Fair Trading NSW requesting meditation?
4. That about 2 months ago an authorised agent of your company wrote a comment on this site accusing me of fabricating my experience with your company? OR
5. That after all this, all you can do is now apologise and yet still not proactively do anything to address the grievances I have previously provided written statements to your company about?

In your previous comment, after accusing me of fabricating my experience, your agent asked me to provide my customer ID in order to resolve this matter. I would assume that in order to accuse me of lying, your agent would've first sort to familiarise himself with my case hence why he would need me to provide it again is perplexing. Furthermore I would like to think that given all the positive feedback your company has received, that surely my experience is unique and isolated. Hence the details I have provided already should surely identify myself to your company.

I was willing to let sleeping dogs lie but the deletion of all negative replies your agents provided on this site to myself and other unsatisfied customers (replaced with this generic and uniform apology) concerns me that other future customers might be tempted by your competitive prices without knowing just how little they were getting back in return.

So in conclusion, I do not accept your apology and if your company really was sincere about making reparations, you would've contacted me proactively to resolve this issue.

Awful customer service and poor designs. Dealt with a multitude of people who worked at the company all assuring me nothing will be an issue. After 4 revisions and terrible designs I requested a refund with many attempts to not have me request a refund and continue with design. A lot of shady tactics like attempting to make me wait until my purchase fell outside of the 30 day refund guarantee with Paypal and non-official refund methods were given to seemingly attempt to keep my payment. Horrible company and bad business practices. Would not recommend anyone does business with this shady company.

Update: so that other readers don't miss this I put it at the top. I was asked to take this review down so that Logonado would fix my files. I refused. I was told my reviews would get to me in a few hours. I said, given it was 10.30pm I would be asleep so please don't bother me with multiple emails/phone calls during the night and this was my response:

Initial feedback:
This company has been the worst to deal with. I purchased the most expensive package they offered so that I could have multiple revisions and my own "dedicated account manager" (who randomly changes person without any acknowledgement that I am now working with someone else). My final files were blurry and I've requested revisions multiple times with no answer to my email for the last week. I still don't have my letterhead and can't publish my company's Facebook page because the logo is blurry! I signed up with logonado on 7/9/17 today is 29/10/17 and I still don't have a logo I can publish or a letter head. Not to mention, my husband pretty much designed the logo on powerpoint and sent it to them because the designs that were offered were not meeting my design brief. I am pretty sure this company appears to be in Brisbane but employs people overseas because nothing ever seems to get done during business hours.
You definitely get what you pay for, pay more money and go to a more professional company.

Edit - it's absolutely laughable that you say you strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Yet ANOTHER different account manager contacted me today reporting they hadn't received a reply from me... of course they haven't! i've never spoken to this person before. He also tried to promote your new "Animation Promotion". I told him not to email me any more offers as I will most certainly, never use your company again. My customer ID is LN AU 882, however I'm pretty sure you should not ask for that in a public forum however you probably don't care about that either.

We wanted a revamp for our current logo on our Website - Self Sufficient Me - and they delivered. We were very happy with the final result.

I only paid around $40 or so for my logo (on special at the time) I did have a few issues with communication. However they sent me the designs they had, there were 4 to choose from. They ended up looking a lot better than my design I had asked for. The logo looks so good on my products, I had a limited budget but you wouldn't be able to tell with the logo I was really impressed.

Very ordinary business. I have 25 years experience in the print trade and you pay for what you get. 8 proofs provided, only 2 were of an acceptable standard, most were below par. Communication for simple changes was very poor, did not seem to understand simple changes, very frustrating to deal with. Have a sneaking suspicion, that artwork is performed overseas and company is little more that a 1 or 2 man show with very little experience in prepress / design, judging by the terms used, all the positive feedback in the reviews I would be skeptical about, had to resort to opening a case with paypal to get my files after 3 days with no response. Got there in the end but would not recommend.

These guys are fantastic. We worked with Dale Evans who was extremely great at listening to our needs and went above and beyond to get what we want. Great value we got for the price and phenomenal customer service and quick turn around. I would infidelity recommend anyone to this company, especially Dale Evans.
