Requested an updated logo and was given several choices, all of which were great. We settled in on a combination of two of the choices and Kevin gave us a great looking new logo. It was delivered in the time frame promised, and in a variety of file formats to suit our needs. Will not hesitate to use Kevin again in the future.

Customer Service Fiasco

Logo Traffic was designing a logo for my organization and we received several concepts. None quite hit the nail on the head and even though the logos certainly looked professional they weren't the style we were going for. I contacted the customer service representative and was told he would email me within a couple of days to process my refund (100% satisfaction guarantee). Two weeks went by so I finally contacted customer service again. I got a new representative who immediately processed my refund and has told me it'll tke 3-5 business days to get back to my account. Everything was fine up to this point. I am then told I'm going to receive a phone call from their financial department to ask me about the refund (i.e. why I wanted one). When I answered and spoke with the representative it felt like I was being guilt-tripped into using their service even though my organization was not satisfied with what we had received. The conversation was condescending and I was even told I was wrong in believing the first customer service rep would contact me directly via email (even though that's what he told me). The representative tried to tell me I did not qualify for a refund and instead insisted that I go back and ask for more revisions for the logo, even after I told him we had found someone else who was already working on our logo. I didn't even ask for a full refund, I had only asked if any refund was possible. I will not be using their service again.

Edit: Ryan contacted me and apologized for the issues that occurred, and Matt was helpful as well. I have also been informed that the representative with whom I had issues has been spoken to. Moved up from 1 star to 3 just because Ryan contacted me to fix the issue.

Jason was great at taking me through what i was looking for.

The team did such great work on the concepts it was hard to choose just one design and then they made sure everything was EXACTLY how I wanted it! There is just no end to what they can and will do to satisfy a client. They went above and beyond. I recommend them to the world

Jason started with me on chat and stayed with me all throughout the final logo delivery. Jason was both patient and swift, not two traits that normally go together! He was very patient and helpful to me; listening to my needs, providing me with info and asking his team about my special requests. Jason pinged me every time I needed to take another step in the process. He went even further by calling me and walking me through the software that delivered by logo. He also helped me to load the zip drive onto my computer. If every customer could have a representative like Jason, the world would be so much better!!!! If only he could teach others how to be so professional and helpful
