DO NOT give these people $1! Total Scam.

They promised me an affordable website that would be a world class design, with amazing functionality....I GOT NOTHING! As soon as I paid them, the communication stopped. This is only after they tried selling me SEO and Video marketing while "supposedly" working on getting my site designed. Thankfully, they didn't sell/scam me on SEO or a video. After complaining and threatening to write to the Attorney General, they offered me an apology and full refund. Then (of course) he disappeared and never returned my calls or emails.
Then, NOW they want to work with me again!
The positive reviews are most likely fake. Check out the bad reviews...we ALL have the same story...Craig Anderson most likely doesn't exist (same guy I had a "Product Manager". Absolute scam....soon as you see they are calling, do yourself a favor and BLOCK them. Better luck to you than me!

I've been waiting A YEAR for them to FINISH THE JOB!
I paid IN FULL - IN ADVANCE - then radio silence.

They keep changing their company name and addresses.
Their numbers are all either disconnected or ring incessantly, never answered. No one responds to their emails.

The addresses they have listed on their fake website are bogus.
440 N Wolfe Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 9408 is a Plug & Play Tech Center - who have NO RECORD of LogoViz except for Craig Anderson - under a different company name (BayCare).

Check their Better Business Bureau Rating: F

Google for pages of 1 star reviews everywhere! (In between so obviously fake reviews to try to change their average).

Wish I had done some due diligence first!

It's not even a matter of you get what you pay for!

Their quality was so subpar - but you never actually GET what you PAY FOR!

My plan was to create an explainer “whiteboard” video.
My “Team Manager” Fred Wilson appeared very cooperative in the beginning. All what he said made sense. I needed a longer video... he was going to help me with my website.. and so on. Of course, they charged me every time. 599 here, 499 there, then another 299 and so on.
The first “cut” of the video came fairly quick but it did not reflect anything they had send me as sample videos or I had told them to do. I painstakingly tried to guide them scene by scene, I even made PowerPoint animations send pictures and instructions (which looked better then theirs!) Their response back was getting longer and longer. Often more than a week for a simple 2 second animation (some raindrops). Plus, they repeated errors that were corrected in previous cuts.
At the end, when the video was almost finished, they just did not return any calls or emails. They also never started the second video I had paid for, nor did they do any work on my website.
My CC company cannot help either as the payment was more than 90 days ago.
My advice, DO not let them upsell you unless you are happy with their original work they promised. Give them a time frame to work in (under 90 days!!)
BETTER YET - FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

This company completely ripped me off. They tried to add a couple of pictures to a template and called it a website. It had no functionality as described in the scope of work. 100% money back guarantee is a crock of sh** !! This was not bad work, it was all in out FRAUD !!!
I ended up hiring another company for less money, that completed the job in two weeks. Logoviz was 10 weeks in and still nothing. I paid them $500 for a theme from Craythemes to be integrated with my website, they enabled the calendar function on my site and said were done.

I first started talking with Craig Anderson of LogoViz on May 30, 2018. He told me he would be my personal product manger and he would be looking after my account and that the video would be completed in a maximum of 3 weeks after telling him I need it by the end of June. He quoted me one price for the explainer video I was interested in and then a week later asked me for more money After 2 months and one week I still did not get my explainer video only a few child like amateurish pictures which was supposed to be content for my video. After asking for a refund 3 times I eventually got my Bank and credit card company involved and asked if they could help me in getting my money back with a charge back. After speaking with a James Goodman in the billing department I managed to get my money back August 6. 2018. This company wasted my time and I have lost all confidence in this industry.
I would give them no stars if I could. Take my advice stay away.

Logoviz took our money and proceeded to give us a poor video in a completely different style than the one we asked for. Whilst all the time claiming that we had agreed with everything. The money back guarantee that they offer in writing, is just so many words. When we reminded them of the money back offer they said that we had agreed to too much to give a refund. Rather than give a refund they asked for more money if we wanted the style of video that we had asked for.
I find the 5 star reviews that this company has with Trustpilot very hard to believe.
All we have to show for our money is an unfinished Video that even if finished we would be too embarrassed by it to put it on our website.

After a month of working with this group they still haven't completed corrections and originally requested design. They ask for comments, complete a third of them, ignore a third and get a third wrong. They say they will get it fixed until you are satisfied or you money back. Well I have had no response and my request for either complete it and correct it or give me my money back. Still no response.

After going through the LogoViz website I was convinced that this was the company I was looking for. They told me everything In detail. The process, the methods the color scheme they were going to use, everything. Everything was very well planned and executed. When I got the end result I was bowled over by how perfectly everything had been executed. I loved working with LogoViz and will definitely work with them in the future as well! Thankyou so much for everything you have done for me and my team!”
