My name is Theresa Lotta, Managing Member of Lotta Vineyard, LLC. I posted a lead on Bark regarding a website I needed for my business. So many companies reached out to me and gave way lesser quotations but Danny Smith from LogoWebTech was the one who stood out. I talked to all of the other companies and all of them just tried selling me but Danny acknowledged me at the first stage that how it works and briefed me completely that what else I require expect for website's design and development. He even told me to speak to other companies as well so that I could compare the professionalism. I am a small business owner that needed a website. Plenty of friends said, "oh i can help you," or learn WordPress its easy. Well those friends never had the time and web design isn't my thing so learning a program to help design a website wasn't something I wanted to do. I found Logowebtech and could not be happier with the results. My first contact was with Ben Sharrock. He sent me a few examples we talked about design, hosting, emailing, logo design, and branding. I was pretty far along, I had email, logos, and a brand document so I just needed the website and hosting. He put together a quote for me, I signed it, and design started. Ben passed me off to one of their designers Danny Smith. Danny was great to work with, easy to talk to, and for the most part understood what I wanted and needed my website to do. About two weeks into design I sent Danny some pictures for the site. He reviewed them, and politely said these pictures do not relate to your site. He was right I was trying to play the role of a web designer and I wasn't good at it. After that I created the content in a word document, sent it to him and his team and they worked their magic.

I would highly recommend Ben, Danny and the rest of the Logowebtect Team. I look forward to working with them as I update and expand my website.

The questions were direct and relevant. Subsequent calls, emails & texts were pointed in the direction of increasing their design teams understanding of my logo vision. They actually encouraged me to contact them at any time with additional concepts for the same (initial) design (professional branded logo) work.
Ben was eager to make some last minute tweaks to my design, AND, as a Big advantage for business owners, Logowebtech.com offers 4 images - that's four (4) versions of the same (piece) logo!
They also give their customers multiple file types so that manipulation can be completed by the customer with a quality photo manipulation type of product. Or, options for the numerous types of items and colors that our logo will emboss. And that was just the first time I used their company/service.
My next logo design request was a bit more complex. Again, Ben S. and his design team created multiple options that I was encouraged to make as many alteration ideas as I needed (wanted) and again, those ideas were patiently listened to, thoughtfully discussed and eventually we came to agree on the best options for my logo need.
I gave a 5 star rating because I am completely satisfied with my interactions / business dealings with Logowebtech.com and Ben S.
I will continue to use Logowebtech.com for all my online marketing needs far into the future.
