Both products purchased did not match the style or quality depicted online. When I reached out for a refund, they played email tag with me about 12 times. Offering partial refunds and keep the product. They initially told me shipping is too expensive to send back to China. The last email stated the refund system is down sorry again. So I finally told them I was calling my bank and giving my emails over to the bank and disputing the charges to receive a refund. This company is either total garbage or a total scam. Do NOT purchase from them.

DO NOT ORDER! ! My husband order a Christmas present from this company/site. The quality was HORRIBLE, and too small! When you go on their website there's no way to return anything just a "contact us". Given the reviews these people are scamming folks. Buyer beware!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible, I waited over a month to receive my package just for the items to be nothing like the pictures. When I emailed them to let them know about my issue, I was offered a 20% refund and 10% off my next purchase as if I was going to buy something from them again. After basically begging them for my money back, they said I can either get a 60% discount or I could send the items back to China, and then could I get my money back. Save your money and a potential headache.

This is a joke. It took 3.5 weeks for my sweatshirt to arrive and the quality was atrocious and the item was in the wrong color from what I ordered. I started a PayPal claim and they said they would refund me 20% if I shipped it back, which would cost almost $100 from California. I escalated the claim and they said full refund if I shipped it back and wouldn't budge. A total scam!!

This website is absolutely disgusting. Their values are terrible. I order two items, neither of them that showed up were correct. The quality is so low it will probably rip by the time you wash it once. I’ve contacted the company numerous times for a refund and they refuse to let me send the items back. We “agreed” to a 35% refund, minding you I only agreed so I would get some money back. I then contact them again asking for the rest of my refund and their response was “a deal is deal”. Are you serious?? Disgusting. Their customer service is brutal. Do not order no matter how cute something may look or how great they say their customer service is. I have saved all the emails and pictures of the clothes for proof. I am still currently fighting them for a refund. It’s been 2 months. DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

Absolutely horrible!! Placed a $70 order for 2 sweatshirts and I have only received one almost a month and a half after placing the order and the other item is no where to be found. Went back and forth with emails demanding a refund and all they would say is they can give me 15% back since it’s too expensive to ship to China. I ALSO told them I don’t want the other item because the item I did receive was HORRIBLE, and they said they can’t do nothing about it until I receive it. Never buy from this place !!! Never again.

If I could I would give them zero stars! I ordered a Halloween sweater after seeing it all over Instagram. I should’ve never bought it! Never trust social media. The reviews were good but they are completely fake. The sweater I got looks like something from the dollar store. It took a month to arrive and after sending them 10 emails back and forth they always reply with the same thing. I ask for a full refund and they say how about 15% and then I ask no a full refund 100% and then they say how about 30%. And I said no 100% and they said how about 40% like no! And the shipping they would want me to pay for to return it would be about $40 which is what I payed for the item originally. It’s a complete scam and they need to have their site taken down. I will be calling my bank to get a chargeback! Don’t trust ads on Instagram!

TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE QUALITY. I spent over $100 on three sweatshirts and a tie dye pajama set, it took over 4 weeks to ship (that’s fine) but once received I realized the sweatshirt quality was a joke, I couldn’t even wear it if I wanted to. Trash quality. This site is a rip off, AND I DIDNT even receive the pajama set. Customer service will not respond to me. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.

I ordered myself and a friend two Halloween sweatshirts in September and I have still not received them. When I contacted them they provided me a tracking number but every time I searched it up, it said it could not be found and they said my parcel would ship out that day and at least where I'm from post offices and small businesses are usually closed on the weekend. Also every time I email them, they have sentences that have a mixture of 2-3 fonts which I find highly skeptical. I regret buying from this website.

Took over a month for the order to “arrive” and then when it said that it had been delivered the tracking was very vague and never actually was delivered to my house. Total scam don’t buy from here!

UNETHICAL & CRIMINAL! Ordered a sweatshirt for Halloween in September - it is due to arrive on October 30th or later, after giving me the run around on when my order will ship. I was told 3 days (after I reached out to check on my order once the 3 week mark had passed), then I was told 15 days. They refuse to refund me. STAY AWAY!!

do not listen to insta, do not buy!! I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt a month ago and it’s still not here. I have the Arrive app to track all my packages so I’m somewhat able to track the sweatshirt, they’re SO SLOW!!! I can literally see that it went from one part of China ALL THE WAY TO THE OTHER SIDE AND NOW ITS NOT TOO FAR FROM THE ORIGINAL LOCATION BASICALLY TAKING A MONTH TO JUST CIRCLE AROUND CHINA!!! Halloween is in 2 weeks if I don’t get it by then i better get a refund!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I placed an order on August 7th. After several emails asking where my order was I finally got a response in September say they had quality control issues and my order would be shipped soon. 10 days later on September 17, I sent another email. No response. Finally got half of my order on September 20. It is October 15th and I have sent many more emails since I received only half of my order and gotten no response or my other items!!! Lesson learned.

I ordered two sweatshirts on September 17th. It is now October 13th and I still haven’t received my sweatshirts, and I am pissed. I have now emailed customer service twice and no response, no order tracking #, nothing! I am so disappointed considering I spent $15 on shipping a $60 dollar order!!

This company is an absolute fraud! I ordered 2 sweatshirts from them. It took a month to receive my "order" and when I did finally receive it, I only received one sweatshirt that I actually ordered and the other item shipped was an extremely large bathing suit (NOT a sweatshirt at all). I contacted the company and corresponded with their customer service department (if you can call it that) for 2 weeks trying to get this matter worked out. As they requested, I sent them a video and photo of the incorrect item sent and they still refused to send me the correct item (sweatshirt) or provide a refund for the missing item. They stated that they ship from China and it was too expensive for them to have to ship a new item even though they screwed up the order. So... They took my $ and refused to send me the item I actually ordered or provide a refund due to their mistake. I'm now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a pain. Lesson learned. I am sharing my experience to try to help others avoid this company!

Okay so at first i thought it would be kinda sketchy as i was sent from instagram, but the site IS REAL and i received my halloween hoodie about two weeks after I ordered. I emailed them once as I was nervous about my package, then they sent me a USPS shipping number and even emailed me the day it arrived to make sure i got it. Also sweatshirt looks exactly like online. Definitely buy from them if you want, they have cute stuff and it is not a scam like i thought at first (mainly because of the woman who made the bad review ahead of me lol) Just be patient

The good reviews here are definitely fake. Placed an $80 order on sept. 8... it still hasn’t even shipped. The customer service is so bad - the emails are hard to read because there is a language barrier and they give no explanation. “Allow for restocking.” was the email I received after contacting them asking for a refund. Don’t buy from this company. I can’t imagine how ugly the clothes are going to be...
