Friendly staff and excellent prices
We dealt with staff member Rachel who was friendly and efficient. We got a great price for the products we were selling, and the money was paid into our bank account instantly. All staff were friendly to us even if they weren't dealing with us directly. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Lois Bullion again in the future.

I’ve sent my gold through the post & they’ve phoned me and told me how much it was worth. I’ve ok’d it & the money was in my account in a couple of hours.They’re absolutely great, they’ve told me some was 14ct not 9 & was more valuable.

Prompt service with good prices
I ordered a prepaid envelope from Lois Bullion. When it arrived, I placed my gold necklaces and unworn rings inside. I went to the Post Office to drop the package off about noon, and by noon the next day, i had received an offer for the value of my gold, accepted it and the money was in my bank. Gold prices are updated daily on their website to give you an approximate value. Due to gemstones, my value was less than 2g lower than i had estimated, so well impressed.
