Good company to deal with
Sent for the online pre paid postage bag…sent my jewellery to Lois Bullion on the Friday (had an issue with the post office who didn’t know how to send it..had to try 3 before I found one who knew what they were doing) !
Got an offer on the Monday by email…(less than I thought using their online calculator) but approx £200 more than I was offered by 2 high street stores (Ramadan’s and an independent store)….so decided to take their offer. Money was in my account that evening.
Was a bit apprehensive about sending my jewellery through the post but on the whole it was a quick and painless experience.
Would recommend this company and just do what I did and get a couple of valuations elsewhere beforehand so you have a rough idea what your jewellery is worth before accepting an offer from them.

Everything was carried out so well. I sent my goods Thursday morning, they confIrmed arrival Friday morning, I accepted the offer , and payment in to my bank by 2pm the same day . I cannot find fault at any stage.

Offer exceeded estimate, fast process, top notch service
This is my second time selling scrap gold on Lois Bullion. First time round was excellent. Same this time around. Super fast process, clear professional communication, and the offer exceeded my own estimate by a few pounds, which I wrote on their form, as the price of gold had gone up slightly in the interim. This alone tells me they are trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.

Gold star service
I calculated the price of the scrap gold I had using their online calculator and sent it off to them knowing I had over estimated the weight of some of it. The next day a prepaid and insured envelope came. I enclosed the scrap gold and took it to the local Post Office. The next day shortly after midday I received a valuation which I was more than happy with and accepted. By 5pm that same day the money was in my bank account.

Friendly staff and excellent prices
We dealt with staff member Rachel who was friendly and efficient. We got a great price for the products we were selling, and the money was paid into our bank account instantly. All staff were friendly to us even if they weren't dealing with us directly. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Lois Bullion again in the future.
