Scam alert!!!!!!
We ordered and payed for advanced Ironman helmet MK5 with voice control.

But to our great dissapointment we got delivered wrong and much cheaper helmet.

I have to give one star as Trustpilot don't have a 0 or minus score available. Unfortunately, I didn't think to read their reviews until after I had ordered, my shoes. I know "rookie error"!! NEVER AGAIN, will I make that mistake!! Having read up about Lokeeda, I actually didn't expect my order to arrive at all, BUT IT HAS!! Very disappointing quality, and workmanship (there actually isn't any!!) Very poor quality, having read other reviews, I'm not even going to attempt to return them. Even though I don't expect the shoes to last anytime all.

My order just came and I have no complaints, I got what I ordered
On a scale of 1-10, I give a 10 on delivery
it only took 2weeks. I will order again.

I ordered a Waldorf doll from Lokeeda. When it arrived it was not what was pictured. It was a very ugly made in China thing! I asked for a returned, they wanted me to send it back for a 30% refund. It would have cost more than I originally paid. Luckily I paid thru Paypal and recieved most of my money back. After doing some research I learned that Lokeeda and many other Waldorf sites stole images from the original maker's photos and posted as their own! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!

Please please don’t order any shoes from here, looks nothing like how it did in the pictures, and it also took my about a month to receive and they didn’t even deliver it at my house, I had to go pick it up. The shoes smelled bad, didn’t even put my correct shoe size.they also aren’t returning my emails about wanting return. Please do not order from them its a scam!!!!!

I wish I'd read the reviews first! I ordered a 'Waldorf' doll. Looks NOTHING like the ad. Mine came with some clothes missing and looks like an evil goblin child. I beg you, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Disgraceful.

I ordered vintage floral pants and was sent the wrong pants. I contacted the company. They refuse to give me the correct order. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a Waldorf doll from a co. called Fluhill. Same dolls pictured as Lokeeda. Same poorly constructed doll as other customers have reviewed. Different clothes, also, no "companion ". Attempted to exchange doll, costs made it absurd to exchange. Rude, unconcerned person I emailed, asked for photos, which I sent, showing poor stitching, face not fully constructed, a mess! Where is Etsy to intervene with this charlatan doll- maker???? I bought the doll, as it was advertised as being from England, figured it would be better than China-sourced crap. Turns out, it's from China. I'm not purchasing China-sourced anything, and have been "Buying USA", though cost is more. It's worth it, and I haven't been receiving a "pig in a poke", either! Fluhill is a fraud, and Lokeeda sounds just like it.

Layssard dolls. I AM DISGUSTED!! spent over $100 on 2 dolls and they are ABSOLUTE CRAP. I could buy something better at Dollarama. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a Waldorf doll from Lokeeda website and paid more than I should have to start with because the doll looked really cute, so I paid for it plus a $12.00 shipping charge. I received a totally different looking doll, different color hair, different clothes, very different from what I ordered. I wanted to exchange the doll for the one i had ordered and I gave some other picks in case they did not have the item I had ordered initially. I received an email that said : " Sorry,we don't have the item you want." So here is the problem: if you order an item, let's say red shoes and they send you pink sneakers, you not only have to pay for the initial shipping but also for the return shipping even though it is their mistake/deceit. Aside from this, Lokeeda makes the return process unclear and complicated :
"We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without address that we send（the address on the package is not our return address) Please do not return to the package address or it will fail to issue the refund. .Please include the following information in the return package :
①Leave a note about Order number , buyer email account and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
②Reasons for return.
2.Please take a photo of the package with the note
3.We will refund the product payment once we receive and inspect the item .
They offered me a discount if I would keep the doll.. a doll that I don't really want, or send it back with the above conditions...

I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes from their site and was paying through PayPal Later, but I was charged twice, one with shipping and one without. When I tried to cancel through PayPal I was told I had to file a dispute.

Please do not order from this company or do payments through PayPal!

Ordered a doll but where to begin. It came with just a dress and a cardigan, nothing else. No box, just a plastic bag. I couldn't get a straight answer off them and when they thought I was going to send it back, they said that it would cost me a lot of money and it may get lost and it would take a long time etc. This cost me $75 and they only offered me a 20 per cent refund which I did take as I couldn't take any more fuss. It was supposed to be a present for my 2 year old grandaughter. There was no box, no proper clothing, no "companion" and cost a fortune. This is a con, pure and simple!

I ordered what i thought was an absolutely beautiful doll in January from this site.
The item was advertised as coming in a box accompanied by an small bear. Cost $74.
Unfortunately i did not see reviews until after purchase.
Delivery today 10th March.
All reviews were descriptive of what i received.
A complete scam.
a 1 star is not applicable.

Not what I expected! The dress has no back material. See through.

One star is still to much.
I ordered a Waldorf style doll as presented on the Lokeeda site. A nice doll dressed as a pilot. I received a doll which was more than far away from what I had ordered. Neither clothes nor face nor hair corresponded to the picture on the homepage and what had been confirmed.
Return defaults make it impossible to send it back without the risk of a full loss. By the way: The return address was in China.
My personal recommendation: Stay away from this provider.

This is the worst company you can ever do business with. They will take your money and not send you the correct product and when you try to return it they will not refund your money for months and months after threatening to turn them in for fraud. Do not do business with this company they are not legit.

The worst online retailer I have ever experienced. They sent the wrong order. They then offered me 20% of the price to keep it because they intended to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund. That deduction plus the cost to me to ship it back to China would essentially wipe out the amount of the refund. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER!!!

I bought one of the lokeeda dolls, greatly disappointed, got a doll twice as small that was in the picture no little toy with it and it was in a plastic bag and in a courier bag, paid $164 NZ.. took three emails for them to reply and the final one they decided to give me 20% deposit.. but still feel I was ripped off..

Received 2 dolls in mail that i paid $65.00cdn each. The quality was such i would buy at a dollar store. Very disappointed. No box saying made with love. No animals as in picture accompanied dolls. Cant return due to sale item. This cost was 60% off. After xmas sale.
