Please be advised that my client BSG and CO is still due $1,956.18. Your file is now in the office of Milliken and Michaels and all correspondence and monies must come through this office. My name is Paul Parnell in Milliken and Michaels fraud department and at this time your file has been transferred to me because now it constitute fraud under the "Theft of Services Act" in the State of Minnesota. The litigation will proceed because of the personal guarantee that the services was completed and signed for. There was no disputed filed that means you have intentionally deceived the client by using up there services knowing that you have no intention to pay. This will be the premise to move forward for litigation. This balance will triple for court cost and attorney fees on your end. The only way you could get out of this litigation unless the balance is paid in full or you filed chapter 7. Most fraud cases can lead to criminal charges and are handled at the state and local levels. Different states prosecute fraud differently.
