Although the site doesn't seem to keep stock up to date very well, customer service was very nice and responsive. I placed my order after a little back and forth with customer service. They went out of their way to complete my order and made sure I got everything I wanted.
My order came very quickly even though I got the cheapest shipping option and expected to wait. Everything was packaged well, was very nice quality, and exceeded my expectations.
I was a little worried because there don't seem to be many reviews, but I had a good experience and I look forward to purchasing from here again
If you don't mind a few possible emails with customer service, this is a fine site to shop

I ordered a medium sized Immortal Thorn -Flower in the Wind- Ouji Prince Long Lolita Jacket in early december, and on the page it said (and still does as of 16.1.23) that they're gonna ship on the same day. They don't. My jacket still hasn't shipped. I ordered for a dance event in early february.
Now that I am demanding a refund, they're refusing to reply to me! They've only told me some blah-blah-blah about "shipping in two months" and then they've gone silent. Scammy. Do not buy here, just go to lolitawardrobe, it has the exact same items as this place and slightly better service.

Update as of 18.1.23: I have received my money back after countless emails. Still do not recommend this website after my experience. I should've been more careful as the entirety of the lolita community doesn't like this website.
