I had a great experience with this company at Christmas. I left everything to the last minute and they were able to deliver 5 on Christmas eve into Canberra to my staff who were all delighted to receive them. Will use this company again. Thank you

1. I received no information about dispatch, tracking, or delivery. 2. In spite of my written instructions to leave the package at the door, it was not delivered. No Auspost card was found by the family. 3. Responses to my emailed inquiries were curt and unhelpful. The company doesn't seem to feel it's responsible for getting a gift delivered although that's the service it offers. I was grudgingly sent some tracking information. 4. The family had to go pick up the package (a week+ late). They sent me a photo. It is not what I ordered, Substitutions were made using a product I dislike (Ferrero made with nuts and paste) and would not have ordered. I deliberately chose plain chocolate. The whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing. A little more courtesy - and information - from staff would have helped.

I found Lollypotz whilst looking for a supplier of Christmas hampers in Canberra. Their website was user friendly, their hampers were varied, their prices were on point and value for money, their check out and delivery fast, professional and efficient. Well done and thank you!

I ordered 2 gifts to be delivered from the Canberra site. The first gift was delivered the next day which was great. However the 2nd gift which was advised would be arriving on either Monday or Tuesday. Spoke with recipient on Wednesday expecting to have received the gift. Spoiled the surprise and she still had not received the gift. Contacted customer service and was advised to follow up on the delivery myself with TNT. I advised I am the customer and following should be your priority. I am very disappointed with the 2nd delivery, and I was advised that weather had held this delivery up, yet I had received other articles from Sydney much sooner. I was advised by customer service that no one was deliberately holding up my order Not once did I suggest this, I was seeking the gift in the time frame I was advised. Won't be ordering again.

I regularly order hampers to be delivered to friends from Lollypotz. The delivery is fast and always makes the day of the recipient :)

Provides unique combination "bouqets" of choclates and gift items of your choice, packaged beautifully and delivered efficiently. Lollypotz wins because they deliver on Saturdays unlike a lot of the other services. It would set
them far apart from the rest if they can deliver 7 days /week !
