Customer service never answers
Ordered something 2 years ago, USPS lost the package (what a surprise) and I messaged loltyler1 shop at least 4 times on this matter and never got a response.

Yes, unfortunately, this site is a scam. I'm not sure if Tyler knows, but I did a relatively large order back in August, and it is now the end of November, and the order has not reached any closer to my address.

A complete scam. Ordered a shirt on the 7th of june and it is now july the 2nd. No response on customer service and not even a tracking number. They just took my money.

Good service but long wait.
I ordered a Tank top from "loltyler1.com" the 10th of July and today is the 18th of August. I live in the Scandinavian part of Europe.
The suggested delivery time is said to be 3 weeks. It is a tad bit late for my taste.
"loltyler1.com" Is an easy website to access and order products from. It is well built and designed. No lag.
In the customer support I was told the company that supplies "loltyler1.com" is waiting on a restock of these. It would be far more helpful if this was written on the product before purchase on "loltyler1.com". As this could've given me insight on the estimated order time.
The customer support I received was fast, clear and honest.

Customer Service is terrible!
Customer Service is terrible!! I ordered over a month ago and received a shipping confirmation a few days later and every time I checked the tracking it said it had not shipped. I contacted the customer service department and was told it was still in production. I followed again to no reply. Followed again and they said it was shipped. When I checked the tracking I got the same message. I’ve sent two more follow ups but haven’t had a reply.
