Ordered 2 dresses that looked perfect for a summer wedding, took ages to arrive and when they did I was so disappointed. Very poor quality material and at least 2 sizes too big, I wouldn't wear them to clean the house!! When I asked for a returns label they told me it was very expensive to return to China and offered to send the correct size for another £10 and to keep the originals to "make someone else happy", when I said I didn't want to keep them they offered a credit note. Don't buy anything from Alice London!!!

Clothing delivered took ages, because it comes directly from china. Looks nothing like pictures on website. As it's not UK company no trading standards. Return policy charges more for return postage than item worth. Paid £40 for a £5 piece of rubbish that won't be used. It's a clever scam, because they have delivered and won't supply a return address the credit card may not refund.
