We chose London Box Sash because they stood out from others in 3 key aspects: Transparency, Punctuality, and Quality. Patrick is very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. Judith in customer care and administration is very polite, and always follows up on any questions promptly.

4 Years ago the company replace 3 of my sash windows on my home within a conservation area. This month a window at the back of my home needed to be replaced, so I went back to this wonderful team. From start to finish the service is yet again excellent. I would highly recommend the London Box Sash Window company.

I needed a company to replace my very old box sash windows in my victorian house. The house is situated in a conservation area so needed to be like for like but double glazed. I got three quotes. This wasn't the cheapest but definitely the best from start to finish. The planning, the check ins the communication all 5 star. For me the most important things were the construction of the windows and the finish. They make good paint and plaster work inside and out which means there's nothing else needed doing. Some companies are cheaper because they dont fully replace the whole window and frame or make good the painting so make sure you compare like with like. Finally they are just so pleasant to deal with.

We've just had windows in 3 rooms replaced by London Box Sash and couldn't be happier with the result. We tossed up between wood and uPVC windows but ultimately thought the extra cost was worth the look of the wood. We've already noticed a big difference in how warm the house is staying which will no doubt cut down on our energy bills. The company were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and on the ball without being overly pushy and helpful when it came to making decisions on the details of the window. The installation process was seamless- the installer was polite, friendly and incredibly hardworking making sure the rooms were left tidy and dust free and worked quickly to minimise disruption to our family. Although they aren't the cheapest quote we received I think the quality and professionalism was definitely worth the money. Having been through several renovation projects now and experienced the full service spectrum of builders in London I can't fault this company.

London Box Sash came and installed new windows for us while we were away on holiday. We got back and the windows looked great and the house was cleaner and tidier than when we left!

So far we've been really pleased with the windows which have cut down our condensation issue significantly. The real test will be this winter but so far we're really pleased with the look and performance of these windows.

The best Sash window company in London! We first used london box sash in 2018 where they replaced 8 really rotten windows in our new house. 3.5 years later we brought them back to replace a few more windows. The quality of the windows and workmanship is excellent, they are respectful to your house and leave everything as they found it. Patrick and his team are all just so professional and more than anything nice people! The reason we use them? They are family owned and have a great heritage in London. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our sash windows.

We did a complete refurbishment of our Victorian terraced house in 2017 and London Box Sash replaced all of our windows. We couldn't be happier with the result. They look fantastic and work so smoothly. They thoroughly explained the different options we had, were competitive on price, as flexible as they could be with the installation and did a wonderful job to such a high standard (we have had so many compliments). They worked quickly and efficiently and when there were tiny issues with a few things after installation they remedied them straight away. I just wish more companies had such high standards and customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with them in every regard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We replaced all the windows of our property with London Box Sash Windows and they not only provided an excellent product of superb quality but an outstanding customer service too. They were very flexible with our timings. Turned up on time every morning and left the property spotless each day and completed the job on time. Since the windows were fitted we have received various great and positive comments from neighbours and friends about them! We would definitely recommend them and with no doubt would hire them again. A fantastic team!

Andy did a great job. The windows look wonderful, all necessary mess was cleared up and I was especially pleased that the windows were made with accoya, which I'd been looking for.

I had 4x new sash windows fitted at my flat in Balham and I can't speak highly enough about my experience with London Box Sash. From start to finish they were true professionals. Patrick and Jack did a great job measuring up and talking me through the various options, and I never felt under pressure.

When it was time for the installation both their fitters (Andy & Anjelo) were first class. They protected the carpet in the entire communal hallway, dust-sheeted everywhere and when they left the flat was spotless. Great guys and never thought twice about handing them the keys.

The product itself is perfect - really nicely weighted sash movement, great paint finish and I'm told the Accoya wood is incredibly durable. Patrick told me that cleaning the windows would be easy, because of the texture and quality of the Accoya, all I would need was a good quality shammy and any stains would come off with tap water.

With that quality obviously comes a price, and as Jack will tell you these aren't cheap windows. Having lived with them for the last four months, the quality fully justifies the price. Ipso facto; trust received, responsibility given and taken.

All in all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend London Box Sash and their windows, which prove that a good idea, is a good idea forever.

Stumbled over these guys on the web when researching for new windows for our house renovation in SE London. Visited their friendly workshop in Mitcham to see their windows and to see them in action. Their service, quality and price are competitive - of course we would always like them cheaper and quicker but not at the expense of quality. I was impressed by the build of their windows ,their detail and design, where they are constantly looking for improvements.
Their fitters were all helpful and nice guys and amazingly quick, clean and tidy for what was a big job - they were at pains to repair walls and plaster - which always gets some damage on old Victorian houses - and to clean and leave the rooms ready to use.
Now no rattles, no drafts and much less aircraft noise!
We're waiting now for their visit to our daughters flat.......
