Avoid for hosting like the plague
I have had nothing but problems with email going into people's spam, are incoming email being blocked (explained in detail in a previous review).
Incoming email being blocked: This took me a week to discover with no help from LBS who themselves tried to email me without success. Despite having my number (and another email address) they neglected to notify me of the issue.
When i brought it to their attention they took about two weeks to fix it, and when it was fixed it would stop working again.
Eventually got to the point where incoming email was accepted.
Then recently find out that for the past year nearly all my outgoing email has being going to spam. This was only brought to my attention recently by a few customers.
The issue was something to do with SPF records which, as they were, did not recognize my email address as authorized to send mail.
When they originally set up hosting for my website, they charged me over £200, and hosted my website on NameCheap, which only charges a few £ for hosting. I can understand they want to make a profit so I ignored it. But to find out the royally messed up my email is completely unacceptable.
I sent them 3 emails (from my personal account so no spam issues) requesting their support to fix the issue. No reply whatsoever. I had been left with a completely broken email system which has likely cost me a lot of money in lost revenue from customers not receiving my emails.
I fixed the issue myself by turning to GoDaddy, and migrating hosting back to their servers, and they fixed all the SPF record issues in minutes.
I would absolutely avoid asking them to set up my hosting like they were the plague. Worst business decision I have ever made by far. And that's a shame because the website itself was really lovely.
