Very rude doctors. Struggled to get a GP appointment at my local GP for tonsillitis, so I booked onto London doctors clinic for a quick appointment. The doctor was rude and unprofessional, literally didn’t even care about their client and asked me why I wasn’t booking an appointment in person. Around £50 for literally 8 mins of the doctor’s time for something even I could diagnose myself with, at least try!
The doctors are great. The admin and communication is shocking. Rude and unhelpful
Totally unprofessional - incorrect medical advice, then was sent 1/2 way across london for a test which firm could not do. Was told twice wait for a call to fix the problem, never called back. Wasted all day while got more ill. Avoid !
I agree with the negative reviews.
I was very disappointed with most doctors.
I will try another practice
Awful , rubbish and unprofessional doctors!!!
I tried to book an appointment and entered my card details, during the transaction I was kicked out of the site and told to try again. I found an alternative and yet was still charged £99.
When I explained what happened these frauds just hid behind their cancellation policy - avoid at all cost
I had an appointment with Dr. Neil Bhadresha whom I found to be DREADFUL.
He was meek, disinterested, unprofessional - and as a woman, I felt totally ignored.
Is this creature actually a qualified doctor?? I would seriously ensure that you go elsewhere rather than waste your money and time dealing with this person. I now find myself £100 out of pocket for absolutely NO new clarity, advice or strategy. In fact, he just repeated my previous doctor’s notes to me and smirked about my concerns when I repeated them out loud to see if it would instigate some sort of response. Shameful.
Dr. Neil Bhadresha clock watched, strummed the table top with his fingers out of boredom whilst I was talking, and had absolutely no interest at all in discussing my concern seriously. In fact, he seemed spaced out? Or perhaps it was because I was a woman?? Who knows. “some people might do this” “some people might use that” “these things happen” “symptoms so vague it could be anything” “sure I can prescribe you this but it’s a serious drug and you might need counselling” - I repeat, is this person actually a qualified doctor ?
If this person has any moral compass, he would not be accepting money from worried patients for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and giving NO advice. (And perhaps even ill-advice?)
ChatGPT sadly has more compassion than this specimen!
If I could give them less than 1 star I would / DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Took money for appointment they didn’t even have, then called to move the appointment, vile rude person on the phone and hung up on me when questioned why it happened - then called an hour later to cancel the appointment altogether and have been chasing the refund since! Finally got an email to say that as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ they would refund me for a service that they should never have sold as they didn’t have the appointment available and then cancelled it themselves, like it’s a favour to me that they are giving me my money back for a miss sold appointment and service no provided - the staff need some serious training in phone etiquette
Worst experience, after doing the test is and everything there no news nothing and we need to call five/ six .
time to get to know what’s the update is and I’ll be like oh we lost the package. We couldn’t find the results at the moment we can offer you a free test. You can come again after wasting this much time going there doing blood test and everything and they simply lose it and calling us to do it again and they are giving something to us very pathetic disappointed.
My experience with London Doctors Clinic was nothing short of appalling. I arrived on time for my blood draw appointment but mistakenly went to the Same Day Doctor clinic downstairs in the same building (with the SAME number on the door). After realising my error and getting to the correct office just seven minutes late, I was met with a rude and inflexible receptionist who refused to see me.
The clinic appeared completely empty, and the procedure would have taken a maximum of five minutes. It was clear their policy was more important than providing a basic service to a customer who had gone to great lengths to get there on time despite widespread tube strikes.
Their subsequent emails were dismissive and unhelpful, retaining my full fee for a service they never provided. It’s a disgrace that a healthcare provider would operate with such a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
If I could put 0 stars I would.
The rudest dr I’ve ever seen - 3 minute call for £70 and no help. Ridiculous
I had a very negative experience with London Doctors Clinic. At 31 weeks pregnant, I booked specifically for a fit to fly letter after being assured they provide them. After assessing me, the doctor verbally confirmed I was fit to fly but then refused to put this clearly in writing, claiming he did not want to “indemnify the airline” — something I never asked for. The wording he provided was vague, and when I explained that the airline required clearer confirmation, the clinic refused to amend it.
At the time of booking, I was even asked to bring an airline form for the doctor to fill in, but no such form exists. Instead, I provided an example of standard wording commonly used for fit to fly letters, which would have made the doctor’s opinion clear while avoiding any liability. The clinic still refused without reason, taking an unhelpful and obstructive stance.
This has caused me a great deal of stress at a very vulnerable stage of pregnancy — in fact, it was the most stressful experience I’ve had throughout my entire pregnancy, even leaving me in tears at the clinic. Their response was dismissive, slow, and showed no understanding of the situation. The whole experience was deeply unprofessional.
Depends on the doctor. Some docs are good , but the 15 min apt was more like " explain to me your symptoms " "typing the symptoms" and thats it ...no real discussion , also they didnt spot some issues so i got worse. I dont feel they helped.
West Hampstead branch - when I was first time I was thinking he got bad day. Today I was second time, never again ! Yours attitude is bad !
Joseline was very professional, showing real interest in my health situation. I received a free test and everything was solved in the consultation.
Fast and efficient.
Plus: very, very clean space.
Fantastic faultless experience-i made an appointment yesterday at the bank clinic at very short notice and was seen within a few hours early evening by Dr hanna davis who sorted out the problem i was having immediately- great company with great people I found everyone working at London doctors extremely knowledgeable polite pleasant and helpful
I have been having issues with accessing my historic health records. When I logon to the app it only shows my results up until 2023 and doesn’t include my test results from 2025.
I have emailed on many occasions and have been told that this cannot be fixed and I instead I have to ask the company to send me a link if I want to see my recent history.
I am a member and find this response unacceptable and typical of a company which has expanded rapidly and no longer has the expertise to resolve what should be a very simple issue.
Worst doctors experience I’ve had so far. Considering this is a private service, I’d expect the standard to be a lot better. They are clearly out to take advantage of people for profit.
As I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment with my own GP, I decided to give this clinic a go. I paid an upfront fee for the consultation - covering 15 minutes for a quick check up. I was contacting shortly after saying that the appointment needs to be extended, meaning yet another upfront fee. I rang the reception and was met with such a rude and dismissive service, which I think is unfair considering the amount you have to pay to and the fact that I would now be looking at an additional fee. I’d expect more when using a private service and would expect someone to speak to me respectfully when asking about why it would need to be extended - which I think is a completely fair question? I said I was confused and the receptionist responds saying “I don’t understand what you’re confused about…”??
It was quite an uncomfortable conversation and wouldn’t recommend them simply based on this alone. In addition I asked if I could cancel my appointment and get a refund for my deposit, where I was told that they would discuss and get back to me. They never did. I then emailed them and was met yet again with a completely dismissive tone and refusal to give my refund back as I didn’t show up to my appointment? I specifically asked over the phone if I was able to cancel (so they were aware - it wasn’t a no show) and I asked about the refund. It’s clear that it was already a forgone conclusion on their side that I wouldn’t be getting it back.
Clearly taking advantage of people in vulnerable situations and will dismiss you when any questions are asked. I don’t recommend.
Although I had no problems with the doctors, I do have a problem with the organisation. They boast about their mobile app and how you should use it to make appointments. Unfortunately, although I have "classic membership" the app will still insist on charging the full amount for each appointment and not allow the annual free one. Getting hold of someone is a tiresome process which is cutoff mid-session and no attempt to call back - therefore absolutely no satisfaction. This therefore leads me to the inevitable conclusion that any membership is a waste of money - don't bother subscribing to it.
I've been an LDC patient for years. Since being taken over by Spire, the service is appalling! Doctors are still lovely but there is clearly a huge systems integration issue. A series of issues has led to me having no medication since Friday. I will be looking for an alternative provider.
