Staff gave me the time to review in store products and were of great help in my decision on what to buy. No undue pressure.

Amazing job Hiring this guy named Jil…
Amazing job Hiring this guy named Jil at the Tech department of London Drugs down here in Kamloops. I am a frequent shopper at L.D in Kelowna but i made a short visit to find a couple items while I was in kamloops and he was helpful. Fantastic kid! Will shop at this store location in Kamloops tech department pretty frequently from now on!!
Petty ante nonsense
Not sure why, but it seems that the randsomeware attack was the demarcation point for a London Drugs that now provides poor customer service. At the time of the randsomeware attack I realized how much I relied on London Drugs. Now I don't want to deal with them at all. The 30-Day Price Match Guarantee has become a hassle. New staff don't understand the wording and provide their own interpretation. Can't be bothered with the petty ante nonsense that characterizes the new London Drugs.
Best employee I have encountered
Recently went to London Drugs Cambie to the Computer Service Centre. How lucky you are to have a wonderful, helpful, friendly employee like Sergio. His knowledge, care and attention was outstanding. Certainly the best I have had in a very long time!
On Sunday February 9 around 2PM I went…
On Sunday February18 around 2PM I went into London Drugs At Victoria and 41st. I asked a clerk with a ladder in her hand a clip board where the Kleenex located ?
Her response was "We do not sell Kleenex any more we have tissue." What a stupid thing to stay to a customer is like telling to go some place else and buy your product and I will. She was an Asian female with long straight hair and a stocky over weight build with false eye lashes.
The staff in this store is rude in every department, from cosmetic, pharmacy, computers,. Will not be back.
Paying for my items
I went to check out and the self check outs are so sensitive that I said f it and went to use the one customer service person as there was nobody to fix the machines issues with using my own bag. She was in a long conversation with the person in front of me and no regard to finish and help me, I wouldn't even have cared if she kept talking and rang me through but that wasn't the case. If your going to have one person on cashier than please have one person doing the self check out! All day! I won't be returning until I see that there's more than one person running the front of store
The pharmacy at Park Royal
The pharmacy at Park Royal, is the best of any pharmacy in west Vancouver . LISA and her team are so very helpful. I was having lunch with friends, one person was asking a medical? One of the other ladies said ASK Lisa at Park Royal, if she doesn’t know she would defiantly find out . Hats off to Lisa and Team THANK YOU.

A pleasure to shop there
I never have any problems with my LD stores (there are two nearby. My most recent experience was typical and as smooth as silk. Walked in, found what I was looking for and checked out smoothly.
My order went to the wrong address
My order went to the wrong address. Still waiting for a refund. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them.
Not the brightest people...
Not the brightest. First off, I wanted items that came to $70. They offer free shipping on orders over $75, or charge $12.00 for smaller orders. I added another item for $5.00 to take advantage of the free shipping. I placed the order a few days before (a planned and publicly announced Canada Post Strike). The day before the planned strike they charged and shipped the $70.00 items by Canada Post, knowing that a strike was planned the next day. A month later, I still haven't received the items, and they subsequently cancelled the $5 item.
Exceptional customer service..
In general I’m always satisfied with customer service at London Drugs. But recently I had exceptional encounters with 3 staff members when I was creating a photo album. Each one of them went far above and beyond my expectations. Two were staff members in the photo department at the Dunbar, Vancouver location and one was a tech support staff member (Leah) for the lower mainland. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the other two. They were all extremely competent, professional and best of all, solved my problems!
Donna
Bought a curling iron, didn’t work. Took it back to exchange next day, man at the counter no problem. Got home didn’t work. Took back next day, had receipt, lady at counter tries it, says it works, great but not in my condo, tell her my condo is old “ so is my house and it would work there”, she is so condescending, that I feel guilty of what I don’t know. I felt she thought I was trying to scam them but if I was why wouldn’t I want the cash, I just wanted to exchange. So after getting treated poorly asked her name because I’m writing a review. She automatically covered up her name tag, asked her name again would not show me, why not. Finally saw it and her name is Donna. I am thirty years in customer service for a large company and if I was ever to treat a customer in this manner I’m sure I would be let go.. Finally manager came and had no problem exchanging. All of this took thirty five minutes for what. So now after roughly forty years i will no longer be visiting this store. Lucky me Shoppers is across the street, I will build up my point. All because of one nasty cashier/ customer service.

excellent technical support
My daughter had a problem with her lap top we bought from London drugs last year , she uses it for her online university course. she needed it for tonight after work her class begins at 630pm. i took it to the local Kamloops store on Lansdowne. It was my good fortune a young technician names Andrew was able to assist immediately. He spent 20 minutes troubleshooting and had the computer fixed in no time. he was super courteous, and he explained the process. the problem was a broken piece of plastic inside the power switch he removed and now it works great, my daughter will be able to resume her studies without any delay. This young man named Andrew needs to be promoted to management he provided the best customer service i have recieved in many years, I have repeated my experience to 6 people so far., Thankyou Andrew for turning a stressful, time sensitive issue into such a positive experience. I wish you all the best in any career you pursue but I hope its always related to customer service.
sincerely Kathy Manning
Racial Discriminations at London Drugs customer service counter
I was at London Drugs No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC Canada to return an item of $15. An old white female customer who stood behind me started to use "F" word and "Bxxxx" word and etc. to my face... She was very rude and inappropriate. No one could stop her from abusing me (a Chinese female customer). Very unpleasant experience at London Drugs. When I pointed out that she is a racist, she claimed that I used "that" again... I replied that racism is so serious nowadays, specially in Richmond, BC Canada!
