Staff gave me the time to review in store products and were of great help in my decision on what to buy. No undue pressure.

Shopped at two stores this morning…
Shopped at two stores this morning (senior with health issues). I won’t name the other store, but the comparison was marked. At one the carts were not being wiped down, all ages shopping, staff perfunctory, keypad broken so no tap. At London Drugs I was early and asked to wait (reasonable) behind a line. Carts meticulously wiped, staff very helpful and cheerful, no feeling of too many people in store, equipment working.
A totally different experience. The former store and others like it, where virus rules are lax, will be the cause of a return to much stricter measures I’m afraid. This in turn will hurt other small businesses that will have to close again.
Davie & Cardero screws up prescription
Transferred my prescriptions to Davie & Cardero Store.
Pharmacy staff charges for 180 tablets and only provides 90.
Totally bad idea and unhealthy for patients with lower vision.
When I went back, management was really chill and not surprised.
It’s just my first error in meds in my life. These guys can kill someone and they really don’t get it.
My first incompetence ever in LD.
Otherwise it was really a great store.
1 totally inept staff member who is really racist and refused a fair & reasonable request, blaming the computer for the reduction of my meds amounts. I just want a refill of all my meds and he refused. Very unhelpful and a very disappointing experience.
Pharmacy staff are really important and when a patient needs to help, they should use common sense.
I am considering going to another store

I ordered both prints and a frame and my order was ready for pick up the following day.
I have also ordered just prints from their photography studio and they have been ready in as little time as 2 hours even though I did not choose the expedited process.
Pharmacy 130
I am from out of calgary, but was passing by the london drugs on 130, and thought I would stop in. I was helped by a lady in the pharmacy named Nancy B. She was not only very nice and knowledgeable, but showed me exactly where the item was, that I was looking for. She was extremely friendly and genuine. I only wished I lived in Calgary so I could make this my go to pharmacy.
I am pretty impressed!
I am pretty impressed! With A STRING of disappointing online experiences, recently, London Drugs has been a rare bright spot.
My amazon.com order was cancelled Aug. 30th. After hours of searching online and by phone, I had placed my order July 18th, after miraculously finding the item both at the US site and available for shipping to Canada. All seemed good.
I noticed the item “usually ships in 1-2 months”, so I was patiently waiting. But since this isn’t my first rodeo, I was not too surprised when I received the cancellation email on Aug. 30.
So, that day, I scrolled around the Internet, again, looking for my hard-to-find item. I found it at londondrugs.com.
I was very skeptical. It was on sale, and listed about $30 cheaper than Amazon.com (when you factor-in the exchange rate), plus a full $200 cheaper than the only seller on amazon.ca.
Can you believe this? It arrived Sep. 02...on Labour Day (via Canada Post).
Item was exactly as advertised, with no damage and, come to think of it, shipped in nice, professional packaging.
Terrific online shopping experience!
