Scam

On their website, they offered an entry time after the closing time of the attraction. They sent out a confirmation for a different time instead. Then they told me to rebook and that refund is not possible (even when their website offered a service they cannot fulfill).
In September, last rides are around 16:30. The website offered time till 20:30.

Pitiful and pathetic

What a horrible experience, useless staffs speaking only English in such a popular tourist attraction. The worst thing is that if you need to use the toilets you are met with broken doors and unhygienic toilets. Please don’t advertise such a poor service if you can’t provide the basics.

The impressive London eye experience

The view was amazing 🏙️.I also really enjoyed learning facts about landmarks in the city😊 (while seeing them) from the guide I didn't even know would be there👍🏻.
(Very long queue though. I waited half an hour there, as much as in the London eye)

No refund when cruise cancelled

I booked the thames river cruise using booking.com. on the day of the cruise, the river cruise was cancelled by london eye due to high tide. We were told to request a refund. I went to the office and they said that the refund was issued to my supplier, I have not received the funds, booking.com will not reply to emails. London eye will not help at all. This is awful. I booked in good faith.
I was reassured by London eye group that they would help chase the third party suppliers. However, they are not helping or assisting in any way. This is not acceptable. I did not cancel the booking,.the supplier did, shouldn't they issue a refund or help with the refund

London Eye 🎡 5 ⭐

We couldn't have asked for a better day in London, as we took advantage of the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, Sea Life package deal. It was truly worth every penny. The London Eye was an absolute highlight, providing us with breathtaking views of the city from its iconic capsules. The 30-minute ride was just enough time to fully take in the stunning scenery, and we even purchased photos to remember the experience for years to come. We highly recommend this package deal to anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to experience these attractions. In fact, we loved it so much that we would do it again in a heartbeat. The sheer joy and amazement on our faces during the ride were a testament to the amazing time we had.

Perfect Family Experience with Seamless Booking Process

My daughter and I had an amazing time in London in late August, thanks to the combo tickets I purchased for the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, Adventures of Shrek, and BigBus. The entire booking process was straightforward, with clear instructions provided for each attraction. Everything went smoothly, from booking to arrival, and we had no trouble at any of the venues.

What impressed me most was the flexibility of the booking system. I had to change our itinerary a couple of times due to my sleepy teenager, and it was no hassle at all. Each time I made a change, a new itinerary was sent to my email almost instantly. We had no issues with entry at any of the attractions, even with the altered booking times.

Overall, the combo tickets offered fantastic savings and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this option for anyone looking to explore London’s top attractions stress-free!

Miss sold.

The time slots are misleading this is not the time you board. Expect to wait 1 to 2 hours. Merlin executives should actually come down and see what a typical August day looks like. Why have a booking system that does not have a maximum limit. I would want to know why this is not capped? Greed is all I can deduce. On a day that is over 30 degrees, staff are not even allowing you to sit down, offer water or leave the que. Appaling British hospitality and embarrassing really.

BEWARE OF THEIR BUNDLE TICKETS COMBINING MULTIPLE ATTRACTIONS FOR A "BETTER" PRICE!!!!!

On August 11th, 2024 there was an unscheduled temporary closure of the London Eye. Okay, technical issues happen and people's safety comes first. What was not okay is that they did not want to refund the prepaid, timed tickets we had for the London Eye to their true value. We purchased from lastminute.com two adult tickets for 48 GBP each (96 GBP total), including timed entries to the London Eye and Madame Tussauds on August 11th. It seemed to us to be the only good enough deal to visit these two major attractions of London. When we arrived at the London Eye we entered the long queue for those with timed-entry tickets (yes, purchasing a timed-entry ticket only guarantees you entry to the queue at that time, wonderful, isn't it?) While in line, a very impolite young employee of theirs shouted that the London Eye will close for the rest of the day for technical issues, and handed us a magenta-coloured leaflet with our rights to get either a rescheduling of the ticket or a refund. Since it was our last day in London, rescheduling was not an option, so we wrote to customer services to obtain a refund. We received a reply that we wound only be refunded 6 GBP out of 48 GBP per adult ticket, because the Madame Tussaud attraction was interpreted by them as a 42 GBP value and the London Eye as a 6 GBP value of the 48 GBP paid. The price of entry to the London Eye at the gate (without advance paid reservation) is 42 GBP and the price of entry to Madame Tussauds at the gate (without advance paid reservation) is also 42 GBP, i.e. the two attraction have the same cost of entry. This means that out of the 48 GBP paid per person for the two-attractions bundle ticket each of the two attractions carries equal value, i.e. 24 GBP, you can't come and say that one entry is not discounted at all and the second is super-discounted from 42 to just 6 GBP!!! You say this as a pretext to only refund 6 GBP instead of 24 GBP to the likely hundreds of people who were affected by the August 11th 2024 London Eye closure. Terrible service from lastminute.com! I wish I cound give them zero stars, but this website does not allow it.

Supportive customer services

My daughter went on a school trip to London and experienced the river boat tour. She did enjoy it but this review is more for the customer service afterward.
Unfortunately, my daughter left her recently purchased school leavers hoodie on the boat which another tourist kindly handed to the captain.
We emailed lastminute London eye, and was soon contacted by Sophia, who was wonderfully helpful and the hoodie soon sent back to us.
What made this more special, was that Sophia had included a hand written note to my daughter which made the return even more special for her.
Thank you Sophia, it meant more to her than you could imagine.

London cruise

I booked a cruise on the Thames, the best money spent in this city, we highly recommend it, we chose the evening hours, the cruise lasted about 40 minutes, the lady whose name starts with the letter T told interesting stories during the trip and was very funny, even my 13-year-old son had a great time
