Absolutely the WORST place! Item took much longer than expected. After waiting and ASKING FOR A REFUND, I was told no as the item had shipped and I would have to pay restocking fee and shipping. Item finally arrived broken in 3 places. Totally unusable as it was a chest of drawers. Did not take delivery of item at all, would not let them bring it in the house. Notified the seller but the have not answered any calls, texts, or emails. They have 2000$ of mine and are not responding. I can’t get my refund as no one from the company will answer calls or respond. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Order placed. Confirmation email received BUT, Nothing delivered Every time I emailed them, order in transit!!! Goods are "shipped " from China.

The site is a scam, don’t by something from there. I’ve made an order 3 months ago and dind’t get any notification since then.

I ordered on November 3rd and have not received anything from you yet! I sent you an email without you answering me. Now I will claim the money back on the item I never received. Very poor service!

My phone case still hasn't arrived which I bought about 1 month ago. Emailed to ask when it will arrive but no answer. Took my money and received no item. bad shop, don't buy from here.

I have not received my order and an answer as to why I haven't which means I now have to waste time chasing up what to do next!

I purchased a phone case back in May and have yet to receive it. I tried contacting them twice and have not received a reply.

They advertise same day/next day dispatch yet here we are 7 days later with no sign of my case. I did email them mid-week but no reply.

This site is a scam. I ordered a battery case for my phone and I never got to receive it. They didn;t reply to my emails. Fake, watch out !!

I would give no stars if there was that option. I have not received my order even though payment has been taken. Further more i have phoned and emailed London Factory without any response.

I've ordered 2 cases for my iphone x. I liked this seller, and the shipment was fast

The product was not deliver on time. I miss the product. I tried to call the store but the phone number was not working. I also send an email but no response.

The company promised to deliver the product after 24hours on their website but after 6 days I did not receive the product.
I am back in Nigeria without the product.
