Londongo Cabs Provider 

Worst company ever don’t book through them and don’t work with them.
Running after them for my money, big big scammers.

I booked Londongo cabs provider on the 1st of January, after booking an executive car for my Heathrow journey, I received a comfort car booked via uber. The driver arrived wearing shorts and flip-flops in a 3 degrees cold day!

The smell in the car and state of this car was unbearable, the car had a combination of smelly feet and curry all together with a heat that I could not hold myself and told the driver to stop it but he said the heater is broken and can't lower it.

More than that the driver was distracted by his phone and I thought we will never make it. I called to complain and guess what they never answer the phone.

I reported them to TFL as well and I hope other people won't use them when they will see my experience.

Be aware if you are using this company as a costumer or as a driver!!!

I am a driver that was scammed by this people to work and do two jobs for them, they are replying very promptly during the job, and after they never pay the driver, so I ended up doing two jobs for free for them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

They are scammers take the payment but never turn up please avoid them and this company is not registered in UK .

The driver of LONDONGO was very polite and humble…Arrived at time..the driver also offer us free water bottle...overall the experience is splendid and will use there services again..

The journey was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The car was comfortable, with plenty of legroom and a quiet, relaxing ride. Fabulous service. Driver arrived 10 mins early and very courteous. I have used many other services, and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Scam, avoid. Paid for an airport pick up in an executive saloon. Instead they sent me to the uber queue, waited for me to get there and then booked an uber toyota prius.

Continued to lie and make up excuses as to why this was happening. The uber driver also agreed this was a scam.

The overall journey experience was excellent and the driver was there before the time, and the car which was sent to me was BMW i7 even thou i booked a saloon car, I booked with us guys again.

Very poor services and so unprofessional.
I booked a taxi to Stansted Airport and they were 1 hour late.
During the all hour, I kept calling them and they kept saying your driver will be there in 10/15 minutes.
Then nothing… so I rang back and they replied the driver will be with you in the next 10 minutes and it’s carried on until they just said we have no driver your driver broke down and we sent 2 other driver but no news as there is a lot of traffic. That was at 4am. They told me to get an Uber.
I booked the taxi 3 days in advance and had confirmation, paid and everything else.
So 3 of us missed our flights. They will not give us compensation.
I asked to talk to the manager and they said the manager will ring me back the next day.
Since, no news, so I called back and they hang up on me once they knew what the problem was. Since they just ignore my call and refused to answer the calls.
So be careful because if there is a problem they will not deal with it and they will leave you on your own.
I am still waiting for my reimbursement.
Very bad organisation and the way they talk to you it’s so disrespectful. I will never use them again.
