Outstanding

Matt and his highly professional team were absolutely outstanding: helpful, expert, co-operative and meticulous from start to successful finish.

Several aspects made it a tricky and unusual job. I am experienced in precision and complex building work, so I chose to do the templating and installation myself. But the trickiest part was to raise the longest section from basement to top floor (18m). It was too long for the stairs (2.7m × 0.7m), and a crane (that other suppliers required) would have cost around £1,500. But it was also fragile (cutouts for hob and sink), and heavy (130 kg).

Matt understood all the particular requirements far better than any other supplier (I contacted several) and hence gave me the best quote (by far), yet I could tell he was not compromising service or quality. My instincts proved absolutely right. Felipe collected the template (at no extra charge) and took time to see the kitchen units and hence the trickier cuts and seams involved.

Matt lent me reinforcement bars (very rigid!) and I visited the workshop to fit these and my straps, ready for the hoist. Augusto was fantastic, and used his extensive experience to help me do it in a far better way - indeed he completed the work for me (again at no extra charge!). I asked Matt if the team would assist with the hoist - which they did, wonderfully and successfuly. In the end this took 3 hours, yet the charge (which I asked for, in all fairness) was extremely reasonable.

Honestly, what more could you hope for? Outstanding. Many thanks indeed to Matt, Ann, Augusto, Felipe and the entire team.
Delighted, Andrew

We have had our kitchen top supplied…

We have had our kitchen top supplied and fitted by London Marble. After a time consuming research, I realised that buying marble top was not an easy task. This so because the market is very crowded by different suppliers. Prices and quality vary from one retailer to other. However, after seeing one of neighbours kitchen top supplied and fitted by London Marble, we decided to go with them as it is a local business. Matt, Ann and Louise have such a fantastic team it feels like walking into your own business premises when you go into their office and workshop. We have had such a fabulous experience buying our kitchen top from them. They are very open and transparent(they even told me to visit their source of suppliers-and I did visit couple)with prices and will take you through designing, buying and fabricating process in detail. Their team is like a small family which aims to provide quality service at a reasonable price. The fabricating team pays attention to small details and Nuno and his team of fitters will take the work to different level by making your kitchen seamless. we are glad that we went for local company and we just loved our kitchen now. After having such a nice experience with London Marble, it is hard for me to understand how can someone buy their kitchen-top online. We are truly grateful to Matt and his team for helping us to have a kitchen of our dream and we can not thank them enough for their professionalism.
