I have been a customer for a few years now and never had any problems whatsoever however on my latest order the parcel was delivered downstairs but it went missing however after contacting Ana Maria she sorted everything out really fast and sent me a replacement. I really appreciate the excellent service. I love the product and it just great to see the people working at London Nootropics are just as amazing when something goes wrong.

Ive used these coffees for years now. Glad to see it’s getting its deserved popularity.
It’s incredibly convenient to take to work, nice hot or cold (having iced Flow at the moment with maple syrup) and really delicious. Yes at first I thought oh this tastes a bit different but yeah obviously? It’s got all sorts of extra goodies in it!! Really handy way to get in what I need.
Flow is a life saver, balancing my mood and helping me focus. I have fibromyalgia, ADHD, as well as a bunch of other delightful things and I find these REALLY make a difference.
Zen when I need to be a bit more calm, Mojo when my body is tired and Flow when I need a mental boost.
Have recommended friends and they all love it too.
I’ve also had nothing but good experiences with customer care team! They’re very friendly and always willing to assist.

I subscribed to Nootropics for my partner who absolutely loves their mojo coffee and the various mushroom blends.
I recently wanted to increase and change my subscription but couldn’t find exactly what I wanted. I contacted customer support and Ana Maria immediately sorted it out - exactly as I’d asked and sent me an email to confirm everything.
They are also great at communicating when your order is ready etc.
I can’t recommend their product and service enough.

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this amazing brand and company !! First of all their coffee tastes amazing .. I’ve been their subscriber for a couple of years now and after having tried so many different coffees I keep coming back to this because their quality is excellent. As well as the health benefits you get the the taste as well so win win !! Secondly , their customer service is wonderful. Honestly I don’t even live in the UK and the part of the world that I get my coffee delivered to has had its challenges in deliveries more than a couple of times but these guys go over and beyond in making sure I get my subscription 💛💛💛💛!!

Been subscribed for about a year now coffee is always lovely and customer service is really good, whenever there have been delays due to stock they have always apologised and added extra coffee packs. If you are wanting to purchase with this company and are worried there is no reason to be and the coffee tastes amazing with extra health benefits.

Brilliant product and amazing customer service! I love my mush love coffee - gives me no jittery feeling and tastes great. Takes a bit of getting used to at first, as the smell isn’t quite like coffee (although it isn’t a strong or bad smell, just different). Always comes beautifully packaged and on time. I have now taken the plunge with a subscription too. Excellent company.

I adore this coffee/mushroom blend . And anyone who visits my home always adores it too. From the very start, the whole purchase experience is pleasant and when it arrives in it's great packaging, it's wonderful to unwrap and have your first coffee of the day.

I always get my coffee from London Nootropics. The taste and quality are always amazing! I was asked to do a survey recently in order to get a £10 voucher, but the voucher didn’t come through. When I reached out to customer care, they said I had already completed this survey before and that’s why I didn’t get the voucher (the survey was sent to me by mistake). Ana Maria was so sweet and gave me a complimentary £10 voucher to apologise! I love London Nootropics and always recommended them to any coffee lovers I know 🤩

My favourite coffee, especially in the mornings. If it’s a yoga day, then its Zen, aerobic and gym, then its Mojo, and for work, it will be Flow. They are all my favourites and I have been taking London nootropics for years now and wouldn't be without. Smooth and great with frothed almond milk. Lovely lovely lovely!

I love this coffee/ mushroom blend. It's made such a difference to my well being. I get no jitters. I also think customer service is prompt , friendly and personal. I amend my subscription through my account if needed eg: if I need to pause for a month or add something to my order. Or just alter the date if ive run out. Love the company and the products

I love the product - it tastes great and is perfect as an alternative to coffee machine coffee. The packaging is high quality and the customer service were super helpful and friendly when I needed to contact them. The company feels personal and not just anonymous corporate.

I love this coffee and company and have been purchasing for just over five years. The products are really high quality, both the coffee and the merch. The taste is great on each of the coffees, maybe not for everyone but I think they are lovely and always consistent. Delivery has always been very quick, packing is lovely and I love the little note you get each time. The personal touch and customer service has been a big part of why I will continue to buy from them.
If I have ever needed to ask anything, Customer Service has been excellent, quick and super friendly.

Very Pleasant to purchase from London Nootropics I've recommended to a friend from posting a pic on FB. The Adaptogenic Coffees is of a higher standard than others. I live a very traumatic life so soothing Mushroom Coffees are so vital.

Easy to order, great to drink. Started subscription so good value. Tried each of coffees ... flow, mojo and zen. I'm a fan. Lovely taste and for me they work ... do what it says on packet. Ah yes, each individual packet great for popping in bag when travelling.

I love the Mush Love coffee because it has a chocolatey taste. I have just ordered it for the 3rd time. As a full-time carer for both my parents it keeps me going throughout my long stressful days.

I’m extremely disappointed with this product and honestly feel misled. The marketing presents it as a great alternative for people who can’t drink coffee, which is exactly why I decided to try it. I avoid caffeine because it causes unpleasant side effects, so I trusted those claims.
After buying a mixed box, I realized that one of the products (“Mojo”) is actually around 86% coffee with caffeine. That completely contradicts the idea of it being a coffee alternative. This information is not clearly communicated, and it feels very misleading.
Even worse, after trying just one, I experienced jitters and strong palpitations, exactly the kind of reaction I get from regular coffee and was trying to avoid. It was very uncomfortable and concerning.
If you’re sensitive to caffeine or looking for a true non-coffee alternative, be careful—this product does not match its claims. I would not recommend it.
