Awful communication.
Mobile number doesn't work. Won't answer emails.
£329.97.
Air con unit.
Have reported them for scamming.
Will be making a visit to their premises.
Avoid at all costs.

Takes money, keeps items

Takes money, doesn't send items. Order placed a week ago, got a confirmation email and still nothing stating my order has been shipped. Contacted my bank and I'll be waiting until the 30 days is up (clock already ticking) until it's marked as a scam by the bank.

Give me my items or a refund and I'll drop legal action.
