Worst company and management

Toxic Work Environment – Avoid at Any Cost

Very poor management. Khadija (HR) is biased and unapproachable. Sandip (HOD) is always in a bad mood, rude, and behaves like he’s the boss—constantly carrying a broken heart breakup attitude. Jaya, who pretends to be the director, is clueless but acts like she runs the show—completely absent-minded.

Work culture is extremely toxic. Senior employees form exclusive groups and treat newcomers poorly. Zero professionalism. Office politics is rampant and unbearable.

No work-from-home flexibility—even during serious health issues—unless you’re a “favorite.” Salary delays are common, and deductions happen without any prior notice. You’ll have to literally beg for your own salary.

Washrooms are filthy, tea/coffee is terrible, and there's no proper lunch area. The office is located in a rundown area with no basic facilities.

Bottom Line: For your self-respect and mental peace, DO NOT join this company. There are far better places to work.

Never delivered and won't refund

Ordered shoes through Macy's that were never delivered. Been fighting them amd Macy's for refund for over 2 weeks. Horrible customer service from both. I'd rather walk barefoot through glass than order with them again.

I purchased one pair of London rag…

I purchased one pair of London rag shoes via Macys.com. London Rag is a marketplace seller on Macys.com. The quality and price of the shoe was fine, but size did not fit. I returned to Macy's w/i 2 weeks and Macy's returned to London Rag Ontario, CA. UPS tracking showed that London Rag received the item w/i 3 days. No credit card refund after 21 days. I emailed the seller, but no response. I opened a dispute w/ my MasterCard and w/i a couple of days I heard back from Macy's and London Rag that I refund was issued, but still no refund ten days later. Still dealing w/ my MasterCard to resolve. I won't be buying from this retailer or from any Macy's marketplace seller in the future.

Poor Customer Service

I purchased 2 pairs of London Rag shoes through the Macy's website. I returned one pair on 4/24/24 and it was delivered to London Rag's facility in California on 4/29/24. I still have not received my refund. I have contacted them 3 times, and I have not received any kind of response. I also contacted Macy's Customer Service and they also opened a case with them. I was told by the Macy's Supervisor that they should receive a response within 2 business days. I was told the same thing on the communications I sent to them. Still no response! I called London Rag's Customer Service, and it goes straight to voicemail and no one calls you back. Their online chat doesn't work either! Very poor customer service from this company. I will never buy anything from them again!

Ridiculous return policy

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. Quality is mediocre at best. Decided to keep one pair and return the others. London Rag wants me to pay for shipping the return to them and give me store credit instead of my money back. Definitely not the greatest experience, I won't make the mistake of shopping with them again.
