Breach of guidelines
Ordered, but Jacket coming from China!
Before I ordered a lightweight outdoor jacket, I wrote to 'Londonrd' asking about cleaning instructions. Both e-mails went unanswered. Nevertheless, I liked the style of the jacket and, having checked the retailer's rating on TrustPilot (3.8%), I duly ordered.
To my surprise, the tracking indicated that the jacket is being shipped from China!! Had I known that this was the case, I probably would have shopped elsewhere. In the past, I have often found that sizing for clothing made in China is smaller than Western sizes.
I am now waiting, with a degree of trepidation, for my jacket to arrive from China. I will post a follow-up review once the jacket has arrived.

Absolutely diabolical. If I could give these zero stars or a negative number of stars, I would. Product nothing like the pictures, terrible cheap quality and no communication when trying to arrange a return. Looking at other reviews it would be a pointless exercise. 50 quid for a duster.

Excellent gift for my daughter
I bought a pair of birthstone studs for my daughter's graduation and she absolutely loves them. They are the perfect size, not too flashy but they definitely stand out. The fact that it's family run business really shows in the personal touch they put into their service.

Smooth exchange process
I originally ordered a ring that was half a size too small(my own fruit), and the exchange process was completely painless. They were so helpful and sent out the replacement as soon as received my return. The new one fits like a glove and I could't be happier with the sparkle. Great comapny to deal with.

Exceptional British craftsmanship

The perfect 10th anniversary gift
I bought a diamond eternity ring for my wife and she was absolutely blow away. The details in the setting is so delicate but it feels very sturdy. It’s always a bit nerve wracking buying expensive jewellery online, but the presentation box and the overall weight of the piece made it feel very high end. I definitely be a returning customer.

Awesome unicorn sleeping bag
