I never recieved my product and when I emailed to say that, I was told courier delivered it. I emailed back again saying but I didnt recieve it at all and I got no response. This is not the first time this has happened to my order.

I will never purchase from this mob again didn't fulfil the order reached out to them and very much insulting by questioning my honesty a bunch of lowlifes

I bought some creatine supplements from this company. The product was packaged with ungrammatical and nonsensical writing / labels, so I returned it as I was not happy taking a supplement that seemed so unprofessional / poorly made. I sent it via Royal Mail and had receipt of postage and proof of delivery. The company denied receiving the parcel, then they said they would look for it when I provided proofs, then they said there were no proofs and besides how would they know what I sent in the parcel. In short, deflection techniques because they didn't want to refund their shoddy products. Do not risk your health with a company that sells shoddy supplements, and do not risk your money with a company that refuses to refund those same shoddy products. I am now out of pocket for both product and postage with little chance of recovery bar pursuing the payment with my debit card provider. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not great, my order didn't arrive and no response from emails,best keep away from this company 🤬

Bought the protein powder 10 days ago, still not been delivered.
Used the tracking app, and it has slowly got further away from house over the last week, criss crossing London 3 times.
I gave London Supplements a chance to help by emailing them before writing a review.
No response.
Starting to question whether this is a real company.

I have received a mass gainer with a hole at the bottom as I lifted the mass gainer out the box it started poured out in the box,

I have emailed about the issue and I haven’t received a reply about the complaint received parcel at 23rd August.

No more deal with that shop everything coming broken when l ordered l text that shop nobody replied

I ordered 12x protein shakes in bottles.
I opened the box to be greeted with maggots feasting on the rotten milk inside my parcel, due to the bottles being broken for what had to be lengthy period of time for maggots and decay to occur.
I contacted their support team, with pictures of everything, and I received no acknowledgement back.
Won’t be ordering from this company again

I was happy to find the product I wanted at a good price and have it delivered in a reasonable time, despite being quite a big parcel.
