Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. No loyalty or understanding for the client. They left me sad and frustrated. It felt as if they where happy to lose a customer.
Beware in case of a problem. At London Tradition's they are not solution-orientated.

Excellent service

Excellent service
Prompt and helpful customer service and a fine quality product. Within a few days of my placing the order the coat had been made to order and dispatched (to the Netherlands). A very fine coat!

The best Duffel Coat ever!

I bought a coat from London Tradition last year and couldn't be happier with the results ! It is beautifully made and fits perfectly. I had wanted to order one for several years and should have done so earlier!

Disappointment

The quality of the coat is great. However, the size of the coat I received is completely wrong and doesn't match the size guide. Moreover, the customer service stopped replying after I mailed them with this problem. Your duffle coat was a dream coat for me. But I can't wear it, and due to the customer service attitude I can't change it, so I need to sell it. And will have to do it with a huge discount, as winter is over in the city I live.
Total disappointment.
