So grateful to Tony who helped my family with 2 wills and 4x2 Power of Attorneys. Everything we did was clearly explained and when paperwork arrived for signing it came individually with precise instructions. The whole process has been a lot easier than I expected with Tony being professional, easy to deal with and very efficient. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I’m a returning customer of Tony at London Will Writing Ltd and once again, I’ve received an outstanding service. He handled two complex Lasting Power of Attorney applications, one for a person with dementia and another for a family member with autism and learning difficulties with professionalism, clarity and care. Tony is always responsive by phone and email, making the process very smooth and reassuring. His attention to detail and genuine understanding of sensitive circumstances sets him apart. I’ve recommended him to several friends and neighbours, all of whom have been equally impressed. I can’t fault the service and highly recommend him.

Tony pretended to be what he is not. He scammed me out of thousands of pounds because I was vulnerable. He manipulated me into putting something in the will that I later regretted. Chasing him to change the draft was a nightmare! He completed ignored me and I never got my money back. Don't use his services because you might regret it.

I have used Tony from London will writing on several occasions most recently this year when he came over to advise me on the LPA documents required that related to financial and health matters to safeguard my future and the future interests for my family
He also updated my will and gave me sound advice in this aspect too as my personal circumstances had changed he brought it up to date i have always found Tony to be very trustworthy honest professional and reliable in his work and punctuality I would recommend him highly on the service that he provides

Had the London Will Writing team, come to the house to sort my mothers will out. Just to make sure we are "safe as houses" and could not have asked for a better service!!

Tony came around and was completely open about any and all aspects of what was going to happen with this service. We even signed up to the family trust service, which means we can by-pass the probate in the event of her death. It also meant the house and any money that was left to myself and my brother was safe, and wouldn't leave the family.

Tony also helped us get the lasting power of attorny in place and made it all completely easy and efficient!

We used this company in 2011 with no problems. We moved to Norfolk this year & need our Wills address updated & to apply Declaration of Severance. We paid £295 to do this. We had communication at the beginning. There were errors and corrections needed to the draft Wills. We also had to chase them for the drafts.but the problem really started when we asked questions about STEP What this was & using a solicitor in our own area also a document they said they would send. They had corrected the Wills but the consultant ignored our questions. He failed to explain & advise us, Thought this was his job. We complained to the company asked them to return our original Wills & if they had submitted the DOS to Land Registry. No response. Appointing a Solicitor to draft new wills, alarmingly discovered they had not submitted the DOS. We asked them to return our fee as they had not done this, Then surprisingly they asked us to call the consultant. Too late. They still have not returned any monies. We have tried to claim back from our credit card company for the DOS but because the consultant didn’t itemise the invoice we cannot claim. An expensive lesson learned. Very unprofessional & Untrustworthy once they have got your money. Our advice is to use a professional a Solicitor whom you speak to directly not a consultant. Our Wills & DOS have cost us less now with our Solicitor than what we paid Londonwillwriting in 2011. So don’t think you are getting a bargain because it could cost you in the long run.
