Ridiculously slow redemption process!
I wish I read these reviews first. I enjoyed the game and I won some money pretty quickly. The reason for the low star review is because of the redemption. It has been 8 days and there is absolutely no movement. It still shows that I can cancel it if I want to. Which means it has not even been processed yet! 8 days! That is absurd. Based on my experience, I don’t believe Lonestar Casino operates like a trustworthy American-run company. To me, it feels more like an offshore operation because of the repeated redemption delays, constant “account review” explanations, and lack of clear communication. That’s my personal opinion based on how I’ve been treated.
I also don’t want another generic response telling me to contact customer support. In my experience, that hasn’t resolved anything. I keep receiving the same repeated explanations without a clear timeline for my redemption.
When I see so many other reviews describing long redemption delays, it reinforces my concerns and makes me question how trustworthy the casino is. Bad Customer Service, Slow Redemptions, False Marketing
After a week customer support final responded to me, then I was informed that once you hit a tier does not mean you get all of the benefits, it is still their discretion if you will actually recieve them. Last redemption was 31 days to receive. This one we are at 2 weeks already.

I like that they have good deals but…
I like that they have good deals but the wait time for a gift card is crazy! This the longest I’ve ever waited ( 2 1/2 days) and it’s still in pending stage. I like to play different sites and this one and Real Prize are the slowest redemption sites. For a gift card it should take less than 24hrs .

Finally got my money after waiting over 60 days for my withdraw, if you withdrew to a card try cancelling it and withdrawing to a bank account thats what worked for me. I will no longer be using loanstar after this experience but I'm happy to get my money nonetheless. If you're looking for fast withdraws/good customer support loanstar is not the place.
