Closed with Lone Star 2x now and will close a 3rd time next year. Would recommend Dale and LSF to anyone.

Dale and his group were real accommodating, helping with every aspect of the loan. Gave the best advise on how to get the best rates. They answered every questions i had and to be honest i had a lot. This loan company was pretty easy and when others said no they said YES! if you need a loan please contact them they will try and find a way to make it work.

Dale has helped us from our first home to our current home which is our 3rd and has never let us down he goes over and beyond for his clients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking at buying a home

I cannot say a enough about Dale and his team. Absolutely the best people to work with, divorced female. They guided me the whole way through and explained every detail to me, and I must say, they had to explain things multiple times for me! Dale told me what I needed to do to improve my credit score to get a lower interest rate, and it worked! I don't know why I was surprised, I guess because I have been trying so long to get my score to improve and he made it happen. Thank you Lone Star Financing, especially Dale, you are the best!

From the very beginning of me contacting Dale Gremillion he made me feel at ease with the whole refinance process. He understood my situation and told me what needed to be done in order make the process as smooth as possible. I took some time (2 months) to finally close on the loan but it got done! The length of time was due to my less than perfect credit but Dale told me exactly what needed to be paid off to bring my credit score up to get approved for the refi. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but Dale and his team deserve a 5 star rating in my book! Thanks again Dale for all your help!

Where do I begin... I was having issues with the preferred lender my builder uses for new home purchases. I was getting the run around from the preferred lender for 2 weeks. The preferred lender said they would be closed for Columbus Day. Well, I had had enough with the service of the preferred lender and googled lenders in the Houston, TX area. Dale answered the phone and asked a few quick questions and was like, "yeah I can definitely help you and get you into your house." The process started 10/11/17 and we closed on 11/10/17. Everything Dale and his team said they were going to do, they did it. Every time I would hang up with them I would say to myself, "now that is what you call customer service." Dale helped me raise my credit score with a plan and explanation of why I needed to complete the task that were given to me. Hands down Lone Star Financing has the best customer service, and they will get you into your desired home.
